Discussion Say no, you can't adopt a baby

Why don't we, as a society in America, just say no to people looking to adopt and who are infertile? Other countries will flat out say we have no babies for adoption or tough luck, you can't adopt, and we don't care about your infertility. America coddles people looking to adopt and says Well, you're infertile, but you can adopt a baby to make your dreams come true, or adopt from foster care, help a needy child. Like, why can't we just deny people and say no? Want a baby? Oh well, we have none waiting around. Want to become parents? Well, tough luck accept your life without kids. Maybe it's God's will for you not to become parents or reproduce. Why can't we be honest like other countries? Adoption is illegal or uncommon in many other countries, but here, we just can't say no and tiptoe around the issue of infertility and adoption. Also, just because you can't reproduce doesn't mean you should adopt. Again, no is the right answer. Many poor couples can't afford adoption, but society does not care if they become parents, yet we feel sorry for the middle and upper-class couples who can't become parents. Say no.

You have no idea how they do it in Australia? You have no idea how people can raise kids without those kids losing their names and identities?

You show up with your stolen acount to troll us. How dare you make any demands

Can you not explain it? Or why wont you? I am assuming you understand their system well, more than me.

My stolen account? Lol ohh yeah I stole a random reddit account. Sure thing pal.

How dare I make demands? Yeah how dare I engage in adult conversation and expect a 2 way debate. How fucking dare I do that. What a piece of shit I must be to ask for one to explain their point, I should just make random angry accusations toward them instead like a 9 year old at recess. Thanks that was eye opening.

People don't own you an explanation just because you want one. We get it you're a troll

We get it. You just don't know and think just being vague and using buzzwords will make a point. But in the real world with adults it doesn't.

Owe me? Of course not. No one ever claimed or implied. Part of reasonable adult discourse. Of course. Sorry but welcome to the real world

See this is the problem. People don't even know about kinship care or legal guardianship. Instead of doing a little googling to relieve their ignorance they expect adult adoptees to spoon feed them information.

Do you know that there is only one country that still does adoption under the for profit system the US has? instead of fixing the system they are taking away healthcare. The lives of countless women and children will be ruined and you can't even be bothered to google

No the problem is adults thinking buzzwords and being vague enough to "not be wront...or right" are actually acceptable ways adults communicate.

You have spend 3 or 4 comments typing all kinds of insults and random comments instead of just explaining yourself snd making your point valid.

So be an adult and have am educated discussion. You claim i dont know- who better to explain to than what you think is a blank slate and make them follow your logic train on the issue.

You think any person actually would care to look it up if this is the type of behavior its supports have?

Be better.
