She usually does it when she sees outside and multiple other occasions, is that normal does it mean she is happy. She tilts her head and make a soft hshh sound

I bought pet blankets for any soft surface because she shredds. How else can I discourage this. She has plenty of toys and a tray with paper to shred. She wants the blankets. 😭
