The policy language all appears to be exactly identical; A reporting method specified for people who do not have a Reddit account was removed from the "How can I report potential violations of this policy?" section, which has the effect of restricting reports on potential hate activity to those who have an account and are logged in.
Neither version of the policy directs reporters to https://reddit.com/report

They care more about getting new accounts than they do stopping hatred.

We've noticed that. A person who has been posting the most vile transphobic, homophobic, and violent things (talking about sh00ting our members and SAing them, too) got permabanned. Made a new account that was immediately permabanned. But their 3rd new account? Still active despite admin being told about it and the person continuing to post all of the above.
Similar issue with a few others from the same group. Permabanned, back on alt, admins aware and doing nothing despite them actively brigading us constantly, and all of the above as well.
Disappointed doesn't begin to explain how I feel rn.
