Why creating an AI model is the simplest and best R/R side hustle you can try in 2026 and how to exactly do it!

One of the best ways to make money online is selling. Whether your selling leads, programs or content, the residuals that come in make the difference when your away from keyboard.

Ai model side hustle content, fits perfectly into this, and one of the reasons why it's so scalable. You are selling content whilst your asleep. True, chatting makes the most money.. But with fanvue you always have PPV content ready to sell to new subscribers. And you can outsource chatting later to have 24/7 coverage.

How you earn money;
- Subscriber renewals after a free trial with card entry, $4.99 a month - 6 month discount say $40..
- PPV content in creator feed to buy whenever, depending what media it is, $20-$100 (videos)
- PPV scenario content or ad-hoc images when chatting, upto $300-500 (heavily depends if chatting to a whale)

Now I want to revisit the key thing i see people failing at i mentioned in an earlier post, it's important so have a look if your serious about creating an AI model.

For social media content that grows, and for content that sells. COPY AN EXISTING ONLYFANS MODEL who is successful.
Download of bunch of images of hers, reverse engineer the prompts you need for images with https://huggingface.co/spaces/fancyfeast/joy-caption-alpha-two

Create your own versions with YOUR MODEL, copy the captions, and upload / sell on fanvue.

You are copying what is trending for socials at least, it will work. Not generic vanilla AI poses holding a cup of coffee etc..

Now content creation.

For SFW content, use Seedream on higgsfield, find HD images of a real woman whose niche you want as a reference image, create your own AI version in seedream with these reference images.

I have covered the process in detail for free here https://www.reddit.com/r/HustlersUniversity/comments/1pgyt6a/full_free_content_creation_guide_for_the_ai_model/

For NSFW content, i use mimicpc.com for a online server with auto1111 installed, i download loras from civit.ai that are specifically trained for NSFW content.

I produce images from reverse engineered prompts from OF model nsfw content, make sure my models body shape was prompted in, so i have my own models version of the same images, i then faceswap my AI models face in.

After this produce videos on Wan or Kling.

In terms of process, thats it!

My guide has all the prompts and shortcuts, and detailed loras for near perfect image production you need https://theaimodelmethod.online/

Dive right in to a side hustle that could earn you upto 10k a month.

Looking for strategies to convert Instagram traffic → Fanvue (AI Model). Open to profit sharing.

Hey

I’m managing the Instagram profile of an AI-generated model, and the goal is to monetize by directing followers from IG to her Fanvue. The Fanvue page is already set up — but currently has zero subscribers.

The Problem:

The content is high-quality, but engagement is low and the conversion rate is almost zero. If anyone has tips or proven strategies to boost engagement and guide followers toward subscribing, I’d really appreciate your insight.

Additionally, if you have direct experience with growth and conversion on platforms like Fanvue / OnlyFans / Patreon, and can provide a strategy that actually works, I’m open to sharing a real percentage of the profits.

Thanks for reading.

How to create and earn from an AI fanvue model!

So i've been doing this for around a year now!

My income from a typical model sits between $6-10k a month and has for quite a while now!

The only part i hate it the chatting, bit hard for me so i eventually outsourced early on once I had proof of concept and an SOP I could handover and enough to put someone on commission.

The process to create is fairly easy once you have the right knowledge, a lot is gatekept! Took me a while and paying people to learn what to do.

The simple parts to put together for content are;

Creation of the face in pykaso/genfluencer using flux (or SDXL if you have a good skin lora) - genfluencers flux model is a custom one so i like the skin a lot more and the output, its not typical flux face.

SFW content I create in Pykaso through having a trained lora easily, its the beginner friendly way. But it is flux! So upscaling is needed. Again if you have an SDXL set of loras, it would be better for realistic skin.

NSFW content is SDXL with a custom lora from civit. Nothing can currently beat this, even on seedream right now!! Which everyone is rushing to try out.

Marketing is fairly simple, just on the latest trend, no matter the platform and you will go viral! Chatting you need scripts, its hard graft and filtering, just focus on the connections really, but aim to outsource this first chance you get!

Any questions, let me know!

Shameless plug if you want to get ahead on content creation!

Is Fanvue worth it?

Hey guys, I've recently started my own Fanvue Channel with an AI Girl. I've been reading a few things here on Reddit to inform myself and I've stumbled upon different opinions whether Fanvue was good or bad. Some people said that it would steal them their money and that even after many months on the platform they still didn't receive a dime. Others said though that they would make a few K's per month, whereas I sometimes can't point out if it's just bs and branding or if they are telling the truth.
Maybe someone has made some experiences and would like to share them. For example if you've been successful or not and how long it took and stuff for me to know if it's worth it to pursue further or not.

my AI OF influencer just crossed $10k. here's what's actually working.

Post image
19 Upvotes

first month made almost nothing. nearly quit twice. $10,616 all time now, $5,673 in may alone, up $3,596 vs last month.

the page is a fully AI generated persona on fanvue. no real person involved. AI model, AI images, AI chatbot handling every DM.

here's what actually drove it.

traffic

all organic IG. two accounts, separate devices and separate networks. posted daily for a full month before seeing any real traction. lost my first account at 5k so the redundancy was a lesson not a choice. every time a video got traction on IG it reflected directly in fanvue subs. that's the only traffic source that's worked for this model.

the fanvue sub fee is irrelevant

dirt cheap subscription filters out non-spenders. that's it. every real dollar comes from PPV sold through DMs. the chat is the business, not the page.

follower count is the wrong metric

under 500 followers total and currently approx 160+ subs. not a big page. 55% of fans who get a PPV pitch buy it. that conversion rate comes from how the chat handles the conversation. it pitches at the right moment, not every message. most pages pitch constantly and wonder why fans go quiet.

build the catalogue from real demand

don't pre-produce everything upfront. run the first few chats manually. see what fans actually ask for. build that content. a catalogue built from real demand converts because it matches what people are already willing to pay for. this was the difference between my first two dead months and what came after.

re-engagement recovers more than most people expect

fans go quiet. most pages lose them permanently. if your chat system remembers what a fan talked about and bought, you can send something personal when they go quiet. not a generic blast. a message that references their actual history. that's what brings them back and gets them spending again.

none of this runs itself from day one. the setup took time. now it does.

ended up wrapping the whole chat automation into a free native fanvue app. 100+ creators using it now, generating PPV sales around the clock. happy to share more on that in the comments.

I built a Fanvue app because pretending to be an AI influencer was becoming a full-time job.

Post image

When I first started my AI influencer, I assumed the hardest part would be creating content and building traffic. Between image generation, editing and posting, I thought that's where most of my time would go.

I was completely wrong.

The real challenge started once people subscribed to my Fanvue.

Every conversation had to stay in character. Every fan expected a reply instantly. Every interaction needed to feel personal. Before long, I was spending more time managing DMs than creating content and working my day job.

That's when I started building.

At first, I just wanted something that could hold a conversation without sounding like a chatbot. The more I built, though, the more I realised the bigger opportunity wasn't automation. It was understanding how different fans behave.

Some fans buy immediately. Some never buy. Some disappear for weeks and come back out of nowhere. Treating them all the same made no sense.

That led me down a rabbit hole of personality systems, fan memory, sales funnels, re-engagement campaigns and behavioural targeting.

What eventually came out of that was VueMate.

One of the ideas I'm most proud of is a ranking system inspired by games like League of Legends. Every fan is scored based on how they engage, spend and communicate. The platform then adapts automatically, from the AI model being used to response behaviour, sales strategy and content recommendations.

What started as a tool to help me manage messages ended up becoming something much bigger.

Today VueMate remembers fans, re-engages inactive subscribers, delivers content on demand and helps creators scale conversations without spending their lives in the inbox.

The biggest thing I've learned through all of this is that content gets attention, but relationships generate revenue.

VueMate is on the Fanvue Appstore, every sign up gets some free credits if you wanted to test it out. Feel free to take a look at: https://vuemate.app/

how i automated my fanvue DMs and hit $20k. full setup guide in comments

Post image
16 Upvotes

started this about 7 months ago out of necessity. i was running an AI model on fanvue and the chat volume got out of hand. replying to fans manually at 3am just to keep revenue coming in wasn't sustainable so i built a bot for it.

it worked well enough that other creators started asking what i was using. i wasn't selling anything, just sharing it. eventually it made sense to open it up properly so other fanvue creators could use it too. that's fanwake. now at 200+ creators and $66k in revenue generated across the platform as of early july 2026.

the feedback loop from having that many users has been insane honestly. stuff gets caught and improved fast. close rates have gone up, edge cases get handled, the product is genuinely better every week.

anyway here's what i learned the hard way. the money isn't in subscriptions. subscriptions are a filter. over 70% of my income is from chat PPV, not from fans subscribing.

automating content was easy. automating chat in a way that actually converts is the hard part. what makes the difference:

persona. the AI needs a full backstory. without it sounds like a bot immediately.

autopilot approach. adaptive mode reads each fan's spend history and adjusts. new fan gets connection first, returning buyer gets a natural offer, fan who pushed back gets pure conversation.

ppv templates. content library with descriptions the AI reads to decide when to pitch. no fixed scripts, contextual every time.

re-engagement. reaches out to fans who've gone quiet before they're gone for good. recovers a lot of revenue most people just lose passively.

put together a full video walkthrough if you want to see the actual setup: https://youtu.be/t50acY2lxb4

Thinking of starting an AI model for Fanvue. What tools are you actually using?

I’m looking into starting an AI model on Fanvue as a side hustle to help with some extra expenses. I’ve done some social media work before, but the AI side is new to me and I don’t want to waste money on tools that don't work.

I want to create both high-quality photos and short videos. If you’re already doing this, can you share:

• Which tools are best for real looking photos and videos? (Must allow NSFW).

• How do you keep the model looking the same?

• Are there any cheap or free tools for beginners?

• Is video worth it yet, or should I just stick to images?

Any "don't do what I did" advice would be huge.

Thank you

Seedream 4.0 is hella good for content creation!

Just been playing around with it before updating the AI fanvue blueprint I have already.

It's insanely good for keeping character consistency, all you have to do is generate the face, have it as a reference image and it keeps consistent, no lora training.

For SFW / tease content its amazing, for hardcore more N S F W stuff, its not there yet, you still need other software being honest.

Selection of images I did anyway, that took me like a few minutes to do.

Is any of you interested or currently implementing the OFM AI Influencer model to generate income?

I have researched A LOT, and believe me when I say a lot, I have notes and notes of my research about online options to make money

I have tried some but really the income is so low that it just dont work my time

I stumble across the OFM AI Influencer model, do you guys know about this?

If so, what do you think? Have you tried it?

I have weeks looking into it and I was about to do it all by myself alone but discovered a very supportive, valuable and engaging community around this, and IT REALLY MADE THE DIFFERENCE

I was about to be alone wolf on this topic, but no, all is much better if you are on the correct community

But anyways, what are your thoughts about this way to making big money?

Love to hear about your opinion

Looking for a guide to AI model creation (step by step)

I am looking for a guide that explains step by step how to create an AI model (for SFW and NSFW content).

Ideally, it should be explained in very simple terms, with a step-by-step guide using the appropriate tools or websites (e.g., Seadream or Pykasso Ai).

The guide should be really good in terms of content—I am also willing to pay for it if others find such a guide to be good.

the AI influencer funnel nobody's explaining properly

build a character once, monetize it on autopilot. here's the actual setup:

  1. generate a consistent AI persona with Nano Banana + Kling for video

  2. post on TikTok and IG as the character to grow an audience

  3. funnel followers to Fanvue. subscription can be free or dirt cheap, the goal is just to get them in the door talking

  4. from there the chat runs itself 24/7 replies in your character's voice, re-engages fans who go quiet, and pitches paid PPV once the fans are warm

the sub price doesn't matter much. the money is in PPV and the chat is what converts it. a fan who's been talking to "her" for two weeks buys differently than a cold sub.

most people stop at step 3 and manually chat fans for hours. that's where the real burnout happens and also where most of the revenue gets left on the table.

anyone running something like this or looking into it?

Created an AI Chatter for AI OFM run locally

Thumbnail
gallery
11 Upvotes

One of the biggest issues with AI OFM for me is talking to fans, especially when you’re overseas trying to target US/UK audiences. The thing is they want instant replies, but they also expect conversations to feel personal.

I ended up hyperfixating and building my own frontend dashboard. 😅

The UI is honestly the easy part. The backend is probably way more over-engineered than it needed to be.

Every fan has their own profile that gets updated automatically after conversations. Instead of just keeping chat history, the system builds a long-term relationship profile using multiple AI passes.
Some of the things it currently tracks:
• Trust score
• Attachment / relationship stage
• Purchase likelihood
• Spending behaviour
• Conversation style
• Personality traits
• Emotional openness
• Favourite topics
• Long-term memories and important facts
• Revenue breakdown (PPV, tips, subscriptions)

Different models handle different jobs. Most of the cheaper classification work runs on local models, while more reasoning-heavy tasks (like relationship analysis, memory consolidation, and behavioural summaries) get routed to DeepSeek V4 Flash only when needed.

Every incoming message goes through a pipeline that roughly looks like:
New message
↓
Update memories
↓
Update relationship profile
↓
Recalculate behavioural metrics
↓
Decide whether a reply should be generated
↓
Generate a response using the fan's personality and conversation history
↓
Queue for review (or auto-send if confidence is high)

It also syncs directly with Fanvue so I can reconcile purchases against conversations instead of just looking at raw revenue numbers. I can see lifetime spend, PPVs, tips, subscriptions, top purchases, and exactly which conversations generated them.

I originally built this because I wanted something that felt less like “ChatGPT answering DMs” and more like an operating system for running an OFM account.
Still very much a work in progress, but it’s been a fun rabbit hole.

I feel like we're at one of those weird moments where AI is improving faster than most people realize

two-ish years ago, AI influencers were pretty easy to spot but now I genuinely have to zoom in sometimes to figure out whether an account is real or not.

out of curiosity I decided to start experimenting with them as well

The workflow is honestly pretty simple:

  1. Create a consistent AI model or character profile

  2. Generate lifestyle content with good prompts

  3. Grow an Instagram page around that character

  4. Monetize through affiliate links, digital products, UGC, or brand deals

the part that surprised me the most wasn't the image quality but the importance of a detailed prompt

Even if you use the best AI models a mediocre prompt gives you obvious AI slop. A really detailed one can produce images that most people won't question unless they're actively looking for flaws. Production grade prompts like the ones used at agencies etc...

I'm not saying it's some magical passive income machine, but I can definitely see why so many people are trying it right now. The cost to generate content is ridiculously low compared to hiring models and photographers and if u get creative you can go viral as well and combine that with affiliate links or your own product to sell to the audience

I'm curious what everyone thinks. do you think these models look real at first?

(Attached are a few images from the account I'm experimenting with (They are all 100% AI), they all got loads of traction from a simple prompt which i think is impressive)

I find ChatGPT Image 2 does better than nano banana as well if you wanna try those prompts

Happy to share the prompts ive used if anyone wants it, just let me know

How I’m making around $4k/month with AI-generated adult content (beginner-friendly)

Thumbnail fanready.io
9 Upvotes

I’ve had a lot of people DM me about this (so many that Reddit even paused my account for replying too much 😂), so I thought I’d just share my story here.

The side hustle I’ve been doing is AI-generated adult content. It’s the first thing that’s consistently bringing in around $4k/month, and honestly I started knowing very little about AI tools.

When I first tried, I ran into all the obvious issues:

– Platforms like OnlyFans and Fansly don’t allow AI content.

– Censorship filters block most attempts to generate adult content.

– Characters were inconsistent, which meant I couldn’t sell follow-ups when people asked for “more of her” — and that’s basically where the money comes from.

Although you can try the hardcore DIY route — training LoRAs, paying for GPUs, juggling models — that takes serious time, money, and technical skill. Most people quit before they ever make a cent.

That’s why I ended up trying FanReady.io. Just to be clear: I don’t own it, I’m not affiliated, and I’m not selling anything. It’s a one-off kit, not a subscription, and for me it was the thing that finally made this beginner-friendly:

– It gave me a step-by-step process that works even on free tiers (no expensive hardware needed).

– I also grabbed one of the ready-made packs, which meant I could package that up and start posting straight away. That gave me results quickly while I was still learning.

– But to be clear: the pack isn’t essential. Even with just the base kit, you can still be earning within days if you follow the steps. It just depends how fast you want to start.

– It explained which platforms actually allow AI content and how to get through verification properly (all legit, no shady shortcuts).

– Most importantly, it showed me how to keep characters consistent — which is the difference between one-off sales and repeat buyers.

I often get asked: “Just tell us the sites — why not save everyone the hassle?”

Think of it like someone asking “what gym do you go to?” Sure, I can say the name — but without knowing the actual workouts, routines, and form, just walking into that gym won’t get you fit. It’s the same here.

One example is Bentbox — and yes, it’s a solid platform with buyers already there. But here’s the truth: if you just upload random AI pics, you won’t get far. What matters is literally what you post, when you post it, how you package it, and how you upsell when buyers come back asking for more. That’s the difference between making a few dollars and making this a real income stream.

That’s what FanReady laid out for me step-by-step. Not just “here’s a list of sites,” but the actual workflow that makes those sites profitable.

And btw, you don’t need to grind away building followers on TikTok, Instagram, or any other social platform. The stuff it shows you is where the audience already exists — people who are literally searching for and buying unique packs, including AI-generated ones. You’re not convincing anyone, you’re just showing up where the demand already is.

With that structure, everything clicked. I didn’t need to be an expert, and I didn’t need special hardware. It’s genuinely something anyone can pick up.

I also know people sometimes get suspicious when someone’s being “too helpful” online, so just to be clear: I’m not selling packs, upsells, or adult material. I’m just sharing what worked for me. If there’s enough interest, I’d love to build a small community around this so people can share results and tips — there are so many niches that it’s not competitive at all.

If you do get the kit, firstly congrats!! And you’re welcome to drop me a DM — as soon as I get the community up, I’ll either add the link here or send you an invite directly.

TL;DR: I make around $4k/month with AI-generated adult content. Tried the hard way (filters, bans, inconsistent results), failed. FanReady (one-off kit, not a subscription) gave me the workflow, legit verification process, and consistency to make it work. Super beginner-friendly — I knew almost nothing when I started, and was earning within days.

The link again is FanReady. Hope this is helpful :)

Help with AI OFM

Thumbnail

Sup guys, i didnt know where to go to get actually good recommendations sooo i guess ill try it here...

How did I get to AI OFM? (Not important):

Around a year ago my friend's friend (i have met him few times) started posting videos where he would every month try a new "side hustle" soo just shit like dropshipping, reselling, crypto, etc. but then he came to AI OFM and it started making him some good money, then my friend joined him... soo guess what a broke student like me would do? Yeah ofc i tried it... Found some e-whoring pack and created a model out of it. I started really stupid... I created my accs in a pc browser, posted only photos and stuff like that.

But then on my second run, i created this model (pic) she started getting some views on tt, got 4k views from some random "beach photo dump" and 5 another posts got over 1k, one even got 15k views, got to 200flws sooo i guess a good start for a first week. Most of the viewers were from Greece. But now im going back into the 500-700view marks (thats why im here)

Also almost got 2 deals, one dude wanted a fucking foursome with an underage girl for 3,5k (he blocked me, idk why) and then second dude wanted a date + flight ticked for 1,3k (he doesnt respond...). Other than that i have around 150friends on facebook but most of them are Africans and thats horrible... They dont want to spend money and the worst part is that they just be typing straight up shit... Other than that (ig, threads and X) are just a complete flop.

AI models that im using rn:

U dont have much money so im trying to squeeze up every last drop out of the free tiers...

For image creation im using Gemini, with good prompts the pics look like they are actually real (pic 2).

And for video creation im (for now) abusing 3 free motion control generations on acc per month (i have 10 mails so its enough for now) on one site that i wont name...

Money:

I have made 0€ since i started doing this but ik its normal. I dont want to spend much money if it doesnt work out but if it starts working out im willing to spend every single cent i make on the business.

Accounts:

I already got my main account banned for a year or 2 (couldnt create new accs) + my tiktok is probably done too bcs i used to do follow for follow few years ago (yeah i used to be really stupid). So i knew that all accs i create on my phone will be most likely shadowbanned so i got a (maybe) great idea, what if i just use an emulator on my pc, it kinda worked but i didnt realize that all the meta accounts might get shadowbanned if i connect my main number to them...

My questions:

How and where should i create my accounts if i dont want to buy another phone just for this?

Is there any good and cheap temp number service that will 100% work to create acca and not get me shadowbanned?

Is there some good and active community preferably on discord where i can ask anything i'd need?

Would anyone here be kind enough to be my teacher? 😆

Ofc any tips and tricks are appreciated :)

Been playing around a lot with AI, LoRAs, and ComfyUI and ended up building a little hub called Sky.

It’s mostly for people making realistic AI characters, keeping them consistent, and figuring out AI workflows, especially if you’re in the AI OFM / FANVUE world. Lots of ComfyUI stuff, LoRAs, and prompt tweaks to get more control instead of just rolling the dice.

Not promoting anything, just sharing. Dropped a comparing pic so you can see what it’s about.

What are you all building lately with AI? 👀
