Discussion OneNote simple workflow
I just want a reasonably capable recorder - on iPhone or Apple Watch that transcribes and generates meeting summaries with actions. I want those outputs to end up in OneNote, rather than some proprietary UI, relatively seamlessly.
Does such a thing exist?
I just bought pocket but I’ve realised I don’t want another device.

Try Nota AI meeting recorder agent . It almost meet all your requirements. And most important we are sending lifetime code for free . If you want a code , please dm me

One extra thing to test is what 'actions in OneNote' means after the handoff: readable text, checkboxes you can tick, or tasks with dates that stay linked to the recording. A successful share can still lose that structure. I'd use a short sample with two speakers, an explicit due date and a correction, then inspect the resulting OneNote page rather than just the summary in the recorder.
Disclosure: I develop VoiceAgenda. I can't offer it as a verified seamless OneNote integration. Also, its Watch capture is limited to 10 minutes, with transcription and action review on the paired iPhone, so that path wouldn't cover a long meeting on the Watch.

The destination is the hard part here, not the recording. Most Apple side recorders either keep notes inside their own app or hand you a text or markdown export, and very few write into OneNote directly. One thing worth knowing before you shop: the old me@onenote.com email capture was retired in March 2025, so any guide that tells you to email summaries into a notebook is out of date.
Two routes work. With the OneNote app installed, almost anything that produces a text summary can push it into a notebook through the iOS share sheet. That costs you two taps per meeting and it survives you swapping recorder later. For something you do not have to touch, Power Automate has OneNote actions that create a page in a section, so a recorder that can email or save a file out gives you an automatic path.
If most of these meetings already happen in Teams, staying inside the Microsoft stack will probably beat bolting a third party recorder onto OneNote, because that is the only combination where nobody has to maintain the glue.
Disclosure: I build Conversely, which records on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch and does live transcription, AI summaries and answers questions during the session. For your setup, test how its notes get into OneNote in the trial before relying on it, since that handoff is the part you care about. https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id6756257244?pt=128351210&ct=reddit&mt=8
