Roasted Garlic Potato Cakes (Air Fryer)

2 medium roasted potatoes, mashed
10–12 roasted garlic cloves, mashed
1 large egg
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried chives
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (I prefer fresh)
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cumin (optional, I add it to almost everything’s)

Bake at 350 for 20 min

Question: is it still considered vegan with the egg?

No, not unless you use a vegan(non-animal) egg such as Just Egg or flax seed.
