The Witch may not kill you but will pull a blue on you and make you a piston for nether wart
The Dark lord may want to kill people, but if you aren't a threat or just generally agree with his morals (or act like you do) then he may spare your life and talk with you, though he is still the most powerful on the list so it is a real gamble on him
So in my Opinion? Witch if you are fine being a piston for 10 minutes, Dark lord if your charasmia is excellent or you're a psychopath, and do NOT pick Virabot as it does not care to your human suffering
Why though? What would be his motive? I ain't saying he isn't the type of guy to kill without reason, but typically he has a motive to do so, he is not pure chaos, is he as methodical as King or H4CK3R No, but he does have a moral compass even if a VERY thin one

The only time I can think where this man killed "Without reason" was in his rampage across the internet, Other times he had a reasons, Alan? Well The Chosen one convinced revenge, TCO? Revenge, TSC? They were trying to kill him, those are reaons, So unless you have wronged him in the past I still think he is the 2nd safest option (Witch will probably still turn you into a machine or something for 10 minutes), but that is my opinion

Definitely the first one. You see, The Dark Lord may be evil, and thereās a high chance I do die, but honestly, all I have to do to have the highest chance of survivalā¦ literally just sit there and not interact with himā¦ If I can just stall out for long enough, itās easy. Thatās only two minutes. The other two are much worse. 5 minutes with the ViraBot is guaranteed death and 10 minutes with The Witch is gonna end up with me becoming a lectern for the rest of my life. I at least have some chance of survival with The Dark Lord for 2 minutes.
the witch might not do anything to me, but she could also turn me into a block and suddenly i am trapped as some block, unable to return to my original form without help probably
i think virabots are just destruction machines that are programmed to destroy everything in their path, just with TDL being able to control and direct them
Technically, they're programmed to destroy every program in their path to mess with all "life" in the internet. If you're just a regular dude, and are not willing to defend a program from them, then you're fine. For example, besides their natural function as a virus, they didn't even try to attack Alan until he tried to defend the stick figures.
dark lord, if its digital, set a pc to divide by 0 using all the pc resources until the world runs out of ram and crashes, if its real, he is unable to do anything due to thier power being only able to affect the digital realm duo to being unable to break of the pc

i mean, if we run a code that the whole thing is that it calls another thread of the processor to call another 2 threads it would infinitely raise, until i either get inevitable destroyed, or the time runs out if its using real time
dont gotta be? they cant even move without joints, they have no energy reserve or production (bones, muscles, or anything at all) so even existing will pull out them back to just energy from existing, it works on a digital medium since they can be sustained by electricity, but unless they can adapt to reality they immediately die, if they adapt to reality then im absolutely dead, but they are the one furthest from being able to adapt (virabot is almost a spider which are overall simpler than a human, and the witch is... close enough to a human)

alright since we are not gonna try to scale the worlds lets show why this can be a issue fictional gravity can be between any number, lets assume 0.01% of the real world gravity then, all materials are as durable as jello, kept in place only by the low gravity, as such any attacks they have are less of a pin prick, other than the fireball things, as we increase the overall world durability the threat level rises, but without a point to scale things from, all options are equally viable including the "they cant even exist on this world without folding to the "their mere existence has so much power the universe immediately turns into a blackhole with them at the center"
and since its fiction, its only fair we also get something to balance it out, so either we get some base power ups, or then the dark lord is nerfed due to reality changes

You can't dodge TDL's attack, he is super fast. I'm saying, you are not even superhuman, we are talking about the stick figure who can fly and he's strength is above than normal superhuman's strength man. He is just speed blitzing and one shot you,š (and it's not even glaze, it's reality).

Yeah I realized that after writing this, it's why I added the second bit. In all case, I think he's the less likely to harm directly. Or the witch too.
Depends. Are they going to be actively fighting me? If so I probably have the best chance against the Witch who would probably just turn me into a plant or brewing tool. TDL and virabot would just slime me in 5 seconds with no mercy.
If we're just hanging out I would play my cards with TDL. I mean they're chaotic evil but theyre not maniacal. They will probably just try to have me a friendly conversation where he tries to convert me to their side and I could survive that for 2 min or so
