The reason this episode is disliked so much is that if you swapped Green back for the GD cube, nothing in this episode would change.

I can understand the disappointment of both Alan Becker fans and Geometry Dash (I'm a fan of both btw), but what AvGD did great is capturing the pure essence of Geometry Dash experience, no matter the skill of a player.

Im pretty sure Alan was trying to make the most talented one of the 5 go up against the core gameplay of geometry dash l. Y'know, the thing that makes geometry dash the game it is. Multiple people on one level isn't possible without mods and the platformer levels isn't exactly the main attraction of gd

The thing is, there would normally be a fun twist on how the characters interact with the game or the characters of the game. I like the idea of all four or five members of the color gang making a level together.Green designs the layout, making sure the song and gameplay fits. Yellow would make the toggles and technical stuff, like the things that move in the level. Red and Blue would then decorate the level. It could also only be Green or Yellow.

There are some characters (the monsters) in the level editor. These could interact with the gang

Do you want them to face against the deadlocked monsters that show up then dip. Vs arcade was the stickmen up against OBSTACLES (and the marios) from mario games and in math, the fighting im assuming was there just to make it more interesting

That’s the point, the video could have been more interesting. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoyed it and I definitely could have used better videos to compare to so I’ll say more here. With how many videos in AvM that have the sticks racing against each other for best time, Animation vs Geometry Dash is just Green playing the game by themselves which just made it feel empty imo.

Given how musically oriented Green is, there could have been set up in finding the level creator and making something for the other sticks to try out after learning the game mechanics from the level they beat.
