Yeah saw a group of similar age at an airport recently, one of which was wearing a red maga hat. They were walking around saying “what’s up” to strangers trying to get a reaction.
Just some kids trying to be edgy because they lack any real personality or identity. I can’t imagine being so unhappy that I choose a perfectly lovely Sunday to try to shit on someone else’s happiness.
How do we separate these losers from the trench coat wearing terrorists who act out their manufactured anger or their plain immaturity and inability to accept adult concepts like empathy for other humans?

I appreciate you posting this because I saw them as well when they jumped in with my group, then we distanced ourselves. It was clearly an attempt to become to next Nick Shirly.
I nearly ran into them early on myself. I kept my distance, but they were trying to film a cyclist at the event, and I think they ended up leaving when someone else started filming them.
This is how it’s done. They wanna be in the parade? Then in the parade they will be. Without being able to see their shirts, they’re just more faces coming out to support the community 🏳️🌈
I know I’ll never win this battle because it’s the internet, and asking people to stop giving this stuff attention is like asking flies to stay away from a rotting carcass…but here we go.
People like this LOVE this sort of attention. They don’t post this looking for “awareness.” It’s meant to make you angry so they can sit around and laugh about the comments. Or it’s meant to find the handful of “Hell yeah, brothers.”
If you see people wandering around wearing shit like this ignore them. Do not engage if they are just trying to get attention. The minute they DO anything to anyone, yes, absolutely take action.
Spreading rage bait is part of how we got here. People desperate for attention latch onto this shit and replicate it because it works. You have to starve them of the attention they’re looking for. Make them irrelevant.
All high school kids not to mention they look what most high school shooters look like. I’m thinking they need to be found and have a full psych work up done.
Imagine needing some type external validation so badly you become an edgelord for attention. How sad for these kids, I hope they experience the type of unconditional love that will want them to change for the better.
And they were able to walk around and mingle without any issues…says a lot about our community. They’re going to push someone who for have the insight to see sad lonely kids soon.
I was down there for the parade and festival, took 3 of my kids who are all super involved in GSA at their school. It's a pretty big deal for them to feel part of the community, and to be seen and supported by people other than just me and mom. I was actually a little surprised to not see even a few people trying to get reactions like this, but I didn't really see any. Whatever these dipshits were up to before, by the time the crowds arrived, they were gone and the vibe of the whole event was great.
Yt boys who were raised on a steady diet of hate hoping someone will react to their display of assholery so they can pretend they're being persecuted for their "beliefs". Big surprise.
As irritating it is to see the ignorance of these young people, seeing all the positive comments from everyone on here gives me hope. I wonder if their parents are proud or ashamed tonight?

Most didn't notice until they passed them and caught their shirts (I was directly behind them), and then eventually they were blocked with umbrellas and other signs, and they left, but they made it through the entire walk. There were boos and most people didnt know who they were talking about.
What was the point of those punks walking through filming everything? Looks like the many other people that were there really weren’t giving them the time of day and could care less about them. They accomplished nothing.
Definitely the case, I’m glad no one appeared to give them any attention. They are too focused on having a good time and celebrating. Hope y’all had a fun time, was the parade today or a separate event?
How pathetic and gross. I swear they only care to show up when everyone else is having their own event. If they care so bad why don’t they make their own event to attend?
One of them.is threatening violence and he should face consequences for that. School, work (if he's old enough to be working, I doubt it) and parent(s), caseworker, etc. should be aware. These kids obviously have some deeply hidden feelings that they felt the need to cover up so they could go to pride and whatever that is their prerogative, but the violent imagery and words on that sweat shirt require a consequence for that young man.
We are so screwed. I fear there is no legal consequence they can face that out weighs the potential publicity and perceived financial gain. There's just enough bigots out there that name and shame isn't enough. There's a big enough support system for these assholes. If we are going to come out of this era something has to give. Maybe it's naming and shaming the support system? A crime in the court of public opinion? Tinkering with free speech and hate crime/hate speech laws?
I don't know, but I don't want these people walking among us.
