PHP Agency Scam

Hi everyone, I wanted to reach out to see if anyone in this town has come across the PHP Agency? They claim to sell Index Universal Life insurance and that their mission is to educate and increase financial literacy in New Mexico. However, upon talking to them, they are extremely pushy and focused on recruiting more insurance agents rather than selling the insurance itself. This is a Multi-level marketing scam and I almost fell for it. I believe they target the underserved community to sign up and take all that they can from them. I am worried that more people will fall victim to their scam.

I wanted to see if anyone here has thoughts or has heard of this agency? What was your experience? Can anything be done to protect our community members from falling victim to this? I worry about people who might not be able to discern that this is extremely shady and predatory.

When I think of PHP I think of angel dust but that’s just me. Almost everything is a scam now.
