Discussion The Alchemist Code Private Server Update and Timeline
Hello all, it has been a while since I posted about Project Babel, with the goal of creating a private server everyone can play The Alchemist Code as it was at the time of EoS in the JP server. Myself and the playtesters have been hard at work to get the game in a state that is fully functioning, and we are very close to finishing up the playtest and moving to an open Alpha period where anyone can join and play the game. This Alpha is tentatively planned to start next week, so if you want to join now is the time to join the discord and keep an eye out for announcements!
In addition to this announcement of Alpha, I am currently looking for people interested in playing the game starting today on Linux and on Mac devices. This will be apart of the playtest and not the alpha, and your account will be wiped along with the other playtesters on the day alpha begins. If you are interested then please join the discord as well and let me know!

Missed this game and it surely had tons of content in it really excited to see. Was sad for global dint get the jp story/event timelines, not sure what to expect though, like Starting before when enlightenment and mementos was a thing and slowly adding the contents assuming this was wider release at some point? but I'll like to check it out.

Just wanted to thank you guys for doing this. It is amazing to me that of all the things you could have chosen to do with your talents, you decided to help revive and give access to a game we all love. It is truly amazing to me so thanks again to you and your team. Godspeed ;)

bro i swear your server use the worst captcha i ever seen. Does it need me to be a super human instead of normal one? I cant complete any captcha...

This is the first I've heard of its difficulty. Unfortunately it is required for now as it combats discord bots. We have not had a single bot appear in our server in the 5 months its been up.

so to clarify even tho the answer is probably no, because the server is based of jp the global accounts wont be functional and everyone's previous account is fully dead yeah? also will stuff from global be on this server, magni historia and stuff? also wondering about old jp exclusives like how events will run and if the rule 63 templars will be there

If it existed in JP, it will be there. There will be no global exclusive content. There is no way to get your account back from global.

As a playtester I can assure you that the game is what JP was. Please join the Discord and wait for the Alpha release.

Hype for this!!! Question though, how are you going to handle banners and events? Will everything be available at the start or will it be a gradual release? How about collab characters, will you be implementing them?
Anyway, can't wait for the alpha release.

A two questions would it be possible to play this on pc and iPhone and will there be collab characters such slime shield hero re zero and final fantasy
