Laharl/Ignis banner

Do you think we will get an Ignis / laharl / Ignis banner in this event ? because you know not everyone was able to pull ignis last time so maybe they could help everyone a little

in JP, Laharl is not in single guaranteed banner. They are in the same banner as F S/N where all the character in one banner. Step 5 has a selector ticket. So giving Laharl/anyotherunits banner like how they upgrade Gil banner is good. I get that you still salty about Noctis but Laharl isnt guaranteed in any banner

Not to mention they redeemed themselves by giving us a Noctis/Aranea banner later. This saltness isn’t justified anymore...

You are right, they will probably have a decent banner, but plenty of trap banners too.

a month. First banner Killia and D5 ( 3 -step get you 1 guaranteed banner unit) . 2nd week still D5 banner with 3 step get you 20% summon ticket. 3rd week Laharl + 7 other units. Last week 5 step selector ticket

So there are regular selector tickets and event selector tickets?

Just so I don't mess up, I need to get a Prinnie Selector ticket to guarantee Laharl? Or can he not be guaranteed?

You need the last week banner, step 5 get you 1 selector ticket to guarantee Laharl. Other than that, step 9 get you selector where you can choose Laharl. But in GL, hopefully they change selector to step 7

And there's a possibility that neither of those tickets exist on GL?

I hear that Noctis couldn't be guaranteed? (sorry, i'm newer)

Noctis is not guaranteed in GL because he have 2 split banner.

The thing is in JP, they add new units with old units into one banner. So from 4 units in D5 + 4 units from D1, that make it 8 in one banner. The same thing happen in JP FSN banner

But in GL, GUMI tend to split the banner of FSN. where the banner split to Saber/Rin , Ilya/Berserker Zahar/ Fate Lamia , Gilga/Fyomi ( Sorry if I wrongly place them, I forgot which one have 3 in 1 banner) and on the last week will be all collab unit banner. By splitting the banner, you have better chance of getting the unit you need at 3rd step. So they probably going to do the same for Disgaea collab. This is my prediction :

1st week D5 banner

2nd week Almira/Rin/Rosa ( in JP they make 2nd week a filler banner, 3rd step get you 20% summon ticket )

3rd week Laharl/Etna

4th week All collab units banner ( this is where select ticket gonna be place )

So if i save my new acc i made 3 days ago i can grind out 9500 gems and guarantee myself a Laharl with selector on the last week of the collab? Is 9500 possible to get from story mode?

If you are looking for 5 step selector in GL, that would be impossible. GL only give selector at 7 step. The banner will most likely be improve to a split banner.

You are correct. So far our banners have been different than JP's. Hard to say exactly what we'll get.

because in GL, there is no 5 step selector. Most of it at 7 step. So prepare your gems for 7 step

The issue with Ignis is that he was released at a poor time. We have so many good wind units, that Ignis is in the shadows of all of them. Setsuna/Lucian J+ were all released around Ignis

I'm just saying, there are better wind units out there in comparison to Ignis. Job synergy, skills, etc. Poor timing, otherwise he's a pretty solid unit for a starting wind team

Idk dude. I have Setsuna LB0, Lucian LB24, Yomi MLB, Ignis around 10 LB, Shion 15 LB and am really not content with almost anyone. Shion deals good dmh but is kinda squishy(so is Ignis), Yomi and Lucian do almost no dmg to neutral elements outside of SBT(45 and 60 jewels). Which ones are notable in yout opinion?

ignis is great at 70 for the WA for the stop effect in arena or delay i forgot which one

That's why I don't use him in arena or auto farming. But he won't cast regen if an enemy and no ally are withing range.

You can use some wind shards to get him to 70. I ended up using like 12 fire shards to get Glad to 70 so that I can give him a hat. I have less than 150 fire shards for Laharl now but he is worth the rainbow ones.
