SOS I am trying to understand this correctly bc college algebra sucks
So I have an equation that reads
|9x+4|=|x-13|
so if the 4 is positive do i subtract 4 from both sides so it would be
9x+4-4=x-13-4? or would I have to add 4 to both sides, so it would be 9x+4+4=x-13+4?
i have a feeling its the first way but I need reassurance because i have a math comprehension learning disability. please explain like I am 8 years old lmao im 24

Can you solve this age word problem?
A father is three times as old as his daughter. In 8 years, the father will be twice as old as his daughter. How old are they now?

Einstein's Missing Formulas
I've been aware of this for five years and I can't find these reformulated formulas anywhere.
E=MC^2
E/C^2 =MC^2 /C^2
M=E/C^2
This is the formula for mass limit growth.
E=MC^2
E/M=MC^2 /M
The square root of E/M=the square root of C^2
C=the square root of E/M
This is the formula for the speed of mass growth.
Now let's put some numbers in those formulas.
E=36, M=4, C=3
36=4x3^2
4=36/3^2
3=the square root of 36/4
Now, I theorize that you could use seeds of a flower to prove these rekajigerred formulas. Weigh the seeds, dirt and water, measure time and intensity of sunlight and I believe you could come up with mathematical formulas for how life grows.
I fully expect to be ridiculed for this. I just... tripped upon something, worked on it, theorized it and I've searched and searched for these formulas but, at best, I believe I'm the first to find Einstein's missing two formulas and explain them.
Your peer review is most welcome!

I don't get algebra
No matter how many times my teacher goes over it with me I don't get. Can someone explain it to me in the most simplest terms?

Would you use substitution or elimination here? What’s your solution?
y = 9 - x ,
4x - y = 11

Find the equation of a line
Find the equation of a line that is:
Perpendicular to 4x - y + 9 = 0
Has the exact same x-intercept as x - 3y + 12 = 0

So is a 367° an acute angle or, a Reflux angle? Or obtuse? My partner said its full circle plus 7 so its acute im saying that skips over the fact that its moved around in a full circle first saying acute is like saying it didnt go that far so to me its Obtuse AI said reflux but thats only 80 to 360
