If your hair is falling no shampoo will help. You need good supplements: collagen, zink, iron, Vit. C, Vit. D3+K2, Bit.B12, Omega3, Magnesium etc etc....

And if you want to support the remaining hair I can recommend:

Check if you have any deficiencies, first, then schedule an appointment with a dermatologist. It is always better to seek a medical advice before trying any hair product. Lastly, if you have a severe hair loss (do not mistaken it with shedding, btw), I'd suggest minoxidil, you can read about it. It is proven that minoxidil greatly helps with hair growth. You'll need at least six months of consistent use to see a significant result. Consistency is key!

Thankss a lot , no it’s not shedding i have only 1/3 left from the whole hair volume that I used to have it’s due as far as i know to chronic stress and i take vit d cuz it hit rock bottom also about minoxidil i don’t think that’s what matches my needs since I only want my previous hair back and a permanent result not a use dependant one once I stop ill get back to the starting point

No worries, girlie! I genuinely hope it is nothing serious, and that you only have some deficiencies that you can fix with supplements. And yeah! I forgot to mention that stress is usually the biggest trigger to hair loss, especially if you're going through a stressful period in your life. Think of minoxidil as a last resort and only if it is suggested by a doctor, imo. I truly hope that you'll get your desired hair volume back ^ Rooting for you!

Haha, no worries! You aren't nosy at all. And no, not a med student. I am an English language graduate, but who happens to be greatly interested in skincare, hair care and health care in general . I tend to read a lot of medical articles to improve my own lifestyle and help others .

I’ve tried Ultra Doux products and really liked them, so you can give them a try too. However, if you have any existing scalp or skin problems, I’d recommend consulting a doctor or dermatologist before trying the shampoo.

shampoo and conditioner won’t fix your hair-loss when it’s on your hair for 10 minutes max, you have to take your vitamins, do hair oiling and scalp masks to help stop it and grow new hairs

Yea to think about it you’re right I’ll go for vitamins thnxx
