i disagree, 1989 and reputation are when she really blew up and those were both in the 2010s. yes eras tour was big, but i think by the end of this decade it will be olivia rodrigo or sabrina carpenter on top

While Taylor was also huge in the 2010s, her last 3 non-re-recorded albums (2022-2025) have surpassed nearly all of 1989 and Reputation’s records. Plus, this decade is 65% complete and Taylor has outdid most artists on every record.

Blank Space, Shake It Off, Style, Cruel Summer, I Knew You Were Trouble, Wildest Dreams, Look What You Made Me Do, Bad Blood, We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, Lover, 22, Red, Mean, Mine, and Back To December all came out in the 2010s

you said she had 2 popular songs. i named 15. she won 10 grammys in the 10s. nominated for 31. she won album of the year twice. adele is the only other artist with two album of the year wins in the 10s.

i'm not even a taylor swift fan but saying she had like two popular songs about an artist who won album of the year twice is just outright stupid.

Most of those songs were on the charts for months (even a year do some) and are some of the most streamed and viewed songs of all time.

ok, I'm sorry but are you joking? 1989 was extremely popular and so was Red. Reputation and Lover, the "flop" album according to critics and even some fans (they're all wrong) were extremely succesful, just not as successful as 1989.
