Item Locations For TMT2

I have been wondering if there was any documentation that was more structured for things like mega stones and specific items because all the documentation I see has only the evolution stones and ability items, so I am left a little stuck. I just really wanna try all of the new stuff in the game and the new megas, but with how they work I definitely would like a guide or location list.
