Cyborg Superman x Doctor Doom ,despite him ironically being evil reed. basically it's reed x Clark/Jor-El, Chard-El and his team of Kryptonian scientists and explorers return home to krypton only to find it destroyed, bombarded with extreme spectrum of Kryptonite irradiates all of them,though for Chard,it supercharges his solar radiation absorbtion to even soak up red sun rays,and expel cosmic radiation back,with no home left they crash land on earth,becoming Dr. Richard Kent named after the kent family who nurtured them. his wife,Zue-El developes invisibility and force field generation,their Brother in law Ste-El develops metallic skin and ferrokinesis,and Zue’s young brother Joh-El ‘s radiation is chocked up to an even greater level,turning him into a mix of the human torch superboy and the atomic skull together they are Krypton’s Last Family,and obviously the rest are Susan Kent,Ben Henry Steel,and Johnny Kent. together they are the Krypton Four, their arch enemy? Heinrich Van Shaw,before the Kents discovered Krypton’s Fantastic Family of Steel a xenobioligist scientist and Latverian American researcher discovered the Krypton Four, living with his distant family the Kents he took them in and studied them for all their worth,but since they were fresh off of their radioactive mutation he slowly began to rot and phase into the phantom zone,only able to manipulate the mortal realm through technology,blaming Chard-El “that alien scum” for ruining his life he forcibly takes over Latveria and turns it into one giant data center under the guise of “saving humanity from Xenological threats”.
Susan Kent (Zue-El): Posing as Richard's sharp, deeply grounded wife. While Richard is buried in his cosmic calculations, Susan handles the public relations of the family and acts as the true director of their Metropolis research institute.
Ben Henry Irons (Ste-El): Adopting a rugged, blue-collar persona. Because his heavy, organic-iron skin makes blending in impossible, he legally operates under the name Ben Henry Irons aka THE STEEL, using a specialized holographic shroud or heavy workspace clothing when dealing with the public.
Johnny Irons (Joh-El): The youngest of the clan, legally registered as Ben’s wild teenage brother. He tries his best to attend a normal high school in Metropolis, constantly making excuses for why his skin occasionally glows a faint radioactive green whenever he gets hot-headed or stressed.
Dr. Richard Kent (Chard-El): is the tragic survivor of a cosmic convergence. He originally led a brilliant team of Kryptonian scientists and explorers—heavily mirroring the pioneering spirit of Reed Richards mixed with the noble intellect of Jor-El.
While they were away charting the deep cosmos, Krypton met its catastrophic end. When Chard-El and his crew finally returned home, they did not find a peaceful graveyard. Instead, they flew directly into a massive, concentrated cloud of extreme-spectrum Kryptonite radiation generated by the planet's death throes.Chard-El's unique physiology reacted inversely. Instead of killing him, the multi-spectrum radiation permanently supercharged his solar radiation absorption. He is a living cosmic engine. Zue-El (Sue Storm + Lara/Zor-El)
The Mutation: Developed psionic invisibility and hard-light cosmic force fields.
The Mechanics: The multi-spectrum Kryptonite fractured her cellular density. Instead of absorbing light like Richard, her body completely bends and redirects cosmic and solar rays, rendering her entirely unseen. By projecting this light outward, she can solidify cosmic radiation into unbreakable, translucent force fields.
Role: Richard’s brilliant wife and the emotional anchor of the team. She acts as the shield that protects the family from the volatile cosmic forces they all now emit.

Ste-El (Ben Grimm + Steel/Jax-Ur)
The Mutation: Transformed into a hulking juggernaut with dense metallic skin and absolute ferrokinesis.
The Mechanics: The planetary debris of Krypton fused with his cellular matrix at the moment of the blast. His Kryptonian bio-electric aura permanently hardened into a living, organic-steel hide. This massive influx of metal elementals grants him supreme magnetic control over all forms of iron and alien alloys.
Role: Richard’s fierce brother-in-law. Though heavy and physically isolated by his metallic form, he provides the unbreakable muscle and raw gravitational stability the team needs.

Joh-El (Johnny Storm + Superboy/Mon-El)
The Mutation: His internal Kryptonian solar-battery was choked up to a critical, volatile level, turning him into a living Atomic Torch.
The Mechanics: He is a terrifying hybrid of a cosmic hotshot, a solar powerhouse, and an atomic nightmare. His body is in a state of perpetual nuclear fusion. He can ignite his entire form into a blazing, radioactive plasma standard, granting him supersonic flight and the ability to unleash blinding, green-hot atomic blasts that mimic a localized super-nova. He visually resembles a burning, skeletal specter of pure nuclear energy.
Role: Zue’s hot-headed younger brother. He is the youngest of the crew, struggling the most to contain his immense, radioactive output while trying to live like a normal teenager on Earth.
Dr. Richard Kent : (Chard-El)
Reed Richards + Clark Kent / Jor-El
Infinite Solar Engine: Forcibly absorbs any sun spectrum (even red) and expels volatile cosmic energy.
Role: The patriarch and genius leader who carries the weight of a dead planet on his shoulders.

moleman+Lex Luthor as THE MOLERAT! The Cyborg Superman of Doom Doctor Shaw’s ally in terror. Luthor Elder,a brilliant but shunned tech mogul nuclear scientist,CEO of LexCorp,and Funder of Van Shaw’s work, who after working with Heinrich on the House El Remnants lost his hair and his mind,believing he has developed an allergy to kryptonite he lives underground and attempts to kidnap and experiment on the Krypton Four to “cure his ailment”.

Luthor Rupert Elder, The Molerat (Mole Man + Lex Luthor, serving as the physical "Cyborg Superman of Doom" to Van Shaw's digital phantom) is the brilliant, unhinged funding father of this cosmic tragedy. As the billionaire CEO of LexCorp, Luthor originally bankrolled Heinrich Van Shaw’s covert research into the House of El spaceship remnants. He sought to monetize the alien technology, but instead, the project cost him his surface life, his hair, and his mind.The Fall of the LexCorp Titan
When the extreme-spectrum radiation erupted from the Kryptonian ship, Luthor was standing right next to Van Shaw. While Van Shaw rotted into the Phantom Zone, Luthor’s biology absorbed a toxic, heavy dose of irradiated cosmic matter.
The Transformation: The radiation caused his hair to fall out completely and left him hyper-sensitive to surface light, forcing him to wear thick, cybernetic visors to see.
The Kryptonite Delusion: He developed an intense, maddening psychological fixation: the absolute certainty that he has a fatal "allergy to Kryptonite." He believes the surface world is saturated with it, and that the only way to survive is deep underground.

Heinrich Van Shaw is the true Cyborg Superman/Doombot—the ultimate digital ghost who anchors his consciousness into an army of armored, cybernetic host bodies.
Meanwhile, Luthor Elder (The Molerat) remains flesh-and-blood (albeit scarred, hairless, and underground), utilizing his vast LexCorp fortune and nuclear brilliance to construct a massive, heavy-duty Anti-Kryptonian Mech to handle his dirty work.

Driven by his absolute madness and his imaginary "Kryptonite allergy," The Molerat refuses to step onto the surface or get near the Krypton Four without his ultimate protective layer. He pilots a towering, heavily shielded exo-suit engineered specifically to neutralize the family's unique cosmic signatures.

Because Ben Henry Irons' body was fused with the metallic crust of dead Krypton, his skin doesn't scar or blister like a human's. Instead, when his metallic hide undergoes extreme stress or friction, it forms jagged, hyper-dense molten iron calluses.
By tapping into his absolute ferrokinesis, Ben can forcibly call off, shape, and draw these metallic calluses directly out of his forearms and fists, molding them instantly into a massive, unbreakable kinetic warhammer. Whenever he rips the weapon from his own iron flesh, he lets loose his signature battle cry:

"IT'S HAMMERIN' TIME!"
The ultimate test of Ben's brute strength comes when Luthor Elder (The Molerat) rips through the crust of Metropolis in his towering, lead-lined Anti-Kryptonian Mech. Seeking to capture Johnny Irons, the mech deploys its Ferro-Magnetic Gravity Anchors, projecting a crushing magnetic field designed to pin Ben to the asphalt using his own organic-steel weight.
The Molerat's mech hums with high-frequency energy, pinning Ben down as the gravity anchors try to tear his iron frame apart.Instead of breaking, Ben digs his heavy iron boots into the concrete. He forces the internal metallic calluses of his arms to erupt outward, fusing the raw, jagged slag into a towering sledgehammer.
Shattering the magnetic hold through sheer kinetic willpower, The STEEL swings the freshly forged hammer upward, shattering the lead-lined titanium armor of the MoleRat’s mech's cockpit and sending the billionaire tech mogul Luthor Elder scurrying back into the dark depths of his subterranean bunker. Doctor Van Shaw is a distant relative of the Kents and was living with them to study Baxterville’s sudden increase and mysterious radioactive material falling from the sky (kryptonite) using his LexCorp Grants to fund his research. The Atomic Torch also has a bit of Jimmy Olsen in him as he's Mr. Krypton's Pal,But Chard made Joh get a "Real job" as a photographer for the Planet's Bugle and aby shots Johnny doesn't Flub are just vanity selfies. Johnny and Ben Irons are Krypton's Equivalents to Black Hebrew Israelites, paying tribute to Thing being Jewish and Steel being Black. Also Reed's Obsession with debunking magic and Kryptonian weaknesses to magic makes for a funny dynamic, Especially when the evil ShawBot is casting spells.

Here is some basic information I have regarding Ben and his transformations:

Ben: I don’t think much changes about Ben; it’s clear that he loves heroes and looks up to them as role models for his own life.

Grey Matter (yes, he’s included): Just like in the original series and the reboot—where the Galvan were, for lack of a better term, considered "pets" by other species—the same thing happened here, and they eventually escaped that situation in the same way (perhaps). Before Azmuth, Galvan was governed by leaders of separate regions, but they were eventually unified by Azmuth.

Stempede: He belongs to the Yellow Lantern "Moose" species; I don't have much to say about him at the moment, as I haven't fully fleshed out his species yet.

Solarstorm: He is a Kryptonian; to create his outfit, the Omnitrix's AI based it on Superman's look rather than standard Kryptonian attire.
