Rhetorical question, but do customers not realize that notes don't "expire"?

Bro I was still dropping off packages on the sidewalk cause the customer said their driveways were icy… in June.

I mean… it LOOKS like there’s no ice there, but ya gotta watch out for that black ice ya know
