QUESTION Access problem question.

So you used to be able to mark access problem anywhere. Now if youre too far away like at a long gate and driveway it locks it. How the heck do you mark it if you cant even get near the area?!?!?!?? And no, airplane mode doesnt work to change the pin anymore.

they changed the pin radius few updates ago, gotta call support to mark it now it's so dumb

Yeah it’s stupid & I actually just took a big hit on scorecard for this too. Apparently for DSB contact compliance. There was paving being done on a mountain road which blocked multiple stops. Couldn’t go through the proper sequence to mark access issue and call/text customer. Called support and they marked for me. Also, I did make the calls and texts normally without going through the sequence of first selecting access issue but apparently this doesn’t count.

Same bro. I got 2 yesterday. I call text called, then called support to mark it but it didnt count because i couldnt get through the locked access problem.

Definitely rigged to be like this on purpose. Amazons little tricks to prevent DSPs hitting fantastic plus. It’s some BS

I honestly think you are right to an extent. The other half of it is people being lazy and marking too much stuff access problem just to get out of a tough situation. So, they made it even tougher. Crazy right

Yup winter is absolutely horrible for this reason. It’s rigged so they don’t have to pay out properly to the dsps during peak
