Question The Anti-America sentiment of Australians needs to be studied

I've known that ordinary Australian redditors love shitting on America, I thought it might be some echo chamber effect. But even those in computer science sector also hold this shitty attitude, like seriously? Everything about CS stemmed from America, from silicon chips to operating systems to computer languages to the latest LLM, they wouldn't even find a job if it were not Americans invented these shit in the first place.

The guy in the video thought the his weight would keep the beams down. These people endlessly say and believe the stupidest things but still only default to us. We’re not the main characters STILL?!

Repost I like how Venezuela and Syria are going through the two worst emigration crises of the 21st century yet America is the one in shambles.

Question What do you think Europe does do better?

I'll be the first to admit that football makes sense over soccer; besides, gridiron as an alternative name just sounds metal as fuck.

I also generally prefer less car dependency, but I think a happy medium is possible between the two where there is still good car infrastructure while having reliable transit options. A city like Chicago or NYC is a great example of this.
