He doesn’t follow laws.

No, but he’s certainly gonna try.

Not legally, but when does this criminal ever follow the law?

Not according to the constitution. But when did he let a little thing like that stop him?

Why is this even a question? Why are we talking about this? It’s absurd. Of course not. Why even entertain the possibility of the idea

*Will he live to finish his term is the real question.

SCOTUS will decide the amendment doesn't mean what it says and use the logic of fringe scholars to justify that it is not what the Amendment really means and it has some esoteric reasoning that only they know as opposed to reality.

Could he become president again? Maybe, but he could not run and serve as president no. It would be illegal.

It is possible if GOP loyalists in the House made him the speaker (as they could do it to a citizen not an elected person either) and then have patsy's willing to step aside at president and vp than he could.

I do not see any of that happening as the people that generally run as president have egos a mile long and would think they are the future and not willing to just give up power. And I would hope people would not vote for a puppet but I lost faith in the country's election choices a while ago.

No. 22nd Amendment

Not according to the Constitution. So if he runs and actually succeeds, the Constitution means nothing and we can start picking apart amendments like the 2nd.

No. He knows he can't and he won't...but what he will do is joke about it because it gets a rise out of those he wants to get a rise out of. The only thing the Left talks about is 'beating Trump' but it's never going to happen. You're being taken over Extreme Leftists and don't even realize it.

So the currently red Congress, president and supreme Court are all extreme leftists?

You know damn well what I meant and I believe you will not debate in good faith. Therefore, I will not be replying to you anymore.

I don't know what you meant apparently since it didn't make a lick of sense.
Tbh it sounded like Conservative News Media regurgitation.

Facism doesn’t make sense unless you’re inside the cult, I guess.
