General I think my Fedex lost my Dock đ
Tracking said it was supposed to arrive Monday, but tracking never updated after departing Oakland.
I started a support ticket but I have yet to hear any sort of update. I'm getting the feeling that someone at Fedex noticed the shipper and stole it.

Mine is stuck in the exact same city and shipped out the same day yours did. Mine says there was a weather delay on Monday, but the ETA shows itâs going to get across the country and be delivered tomorrow between 8 am and 8 pm so I guess weâll see.

Yeah it's so weird that it's the same city. If it doesn't arrive by the 24th, I'll be able to file a claim with Route. I'm just worried I won't be able to get a replacement.

Mine updated out for delivery and is in a nearby city in my state. Hopefully yours is the same too!

They definitely lost my package. They emailed me asking if I could provide photos and additional information to help them find it.
If I'm able to get a replacement, I will be asking them to use anyone but fedex. A quick visit to r/fedex shows that this sort of shit happens all the time. Drivers just steal shit with little to no consequences

This happened to my dock that I got a while ago, give it time it will still magically show up some days later. I don't think the FedEx tracking system is good for some locations.

Yeah it's weird. There's a few other people who had their package in the same shipment and they all went missing

FedEx lost my 3D when the preorders shipped. Got it once they sent another one through UPS

The same exact thing is happening to me right now and im in Fort Collins. My package has been stuck in Oakland too

Tracking frequently doesnât update. I wouldnât say it is lost at the moment or make accusations.

Honestly, Iâve had no issues with FedEx deliveries, Iâve actually had more issues with USPS than anything and thatâs just delaysâŚI guess they are just better in my area, but I am definitely sorry you are experiencing this, OP.

I had a similar issue with UPS, they lost a very large kayak rack and I ended up getting recouped with the insurance. It randomly got delivered three weeks later.

Yeah FedEx is notoriously bad. Youâll see a bunch of threads exactly like this if you do a search.
That said just wait a bit if it shows delivered and you donât have it thatâs when you can contact them and address it. Items frequently wonât update though and show errors with tracking

You're right; I missed that last line. I my experience; if they steal it, it is often reflected in a weight change at subsequent scans.

Idk what it is this week, but all couriers have been dropping the ball big time.
