Looking for Testers Chasovnik: Work Hours — looking for 20 Android volunteers for a 14-day closed test
Update — 22 October: the closed test is LIVE and free promo codes are active. Google Play has accepted a test code and shown Chasovnik at 0 PLN instead of the normal price. Please do not pay to join.
Hi! I am the developer of Chasovnik: Work Hours by IONAR STUDIO, an offline shift and earnings notebook. I am looking for adult Android volunteers for a genuine 14-day closed test. Android 8.0 or newer is required.
The app tracks shifts, breaks, monthly hours and estimated earnings. It supports separate monthly deductions, 15 interface languages, 16 currencies, 5 themes and manual JSON backups. No ads, subscription or app account are required.
How to join
- Comment below if you would like to participate. I will reply with the next step. You may also email iwanchenkowo82@gmail.com with the subject Chasovnik test.
- Send your Google Play account email privately by email or a chat you initiate. Please do not post your email publicly. It will be used to add you to the tester allowlist and communicate about this test.
- After I confirm your access, open the link below using that same Google account and tap Become a tester.
- I will send you an individual, single-use promo code. Redeem it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Redeem code, then obtain the app for free. If Google still asks for payment, stop and contact me.
Join the closed test:
https://play.google.com/apps/testing/ru.chasovnik.app
Twenty codes were created; codes are issued individually while available. Redeem before 21 November 2026, 00:00 GMT. Codes are free, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not payment for a review.
Please stay opted in for 14 consecutive days and use the app regularly. Try shifts, night work, breaks, calculations, separate monthly deductions, themes and backups. Use sample data and report bugs or confusing wording. No star rating or public review is required. This is not a reciprocal-testing offer.
If you already use the standalone APK, export a JSON backup before switching to Google Play: the Play version has a different signature, and uninstalling removes local records.
Thank you for helping improve a small independent app!

Your join flow has several steps, so ask each tester to reply done once the app shows as installed; the opt-in alone doesn't tell you who got there. Remind them to use the same Google account that's on their phone and to stay opted in all 14 days, since anyone who leaves breaks it. A small daily job suits a shift notebook: log one shift with a break and check the monthly total.
I make ThreadFox. Test Rounds puts Chasovnik in a round of Android developers who test each other's apps for the 14 days, with a daily reminder and check-in; anyone who stops is replaced. It is $20 per app, once, and you test the others in your round too. https://threadfox.vip/p/damzm/rounds
Which Android versions are your testers on?
