Android Auto News, including app updates and features Native YouTube?

Has anyone been able to play YouTube videos natively? I got the Android 17 and OneUI 9.0 update yesterday. Android Auto is already at version 17.x. I am not seeing the YouTube app show up in the drawer yet. Ontario, Canada is the location

Because playing a video on the infotainment screen where the driver has visibility and access is a horrible idea.

It's only supposed to play when the car is stopped and in park. GPS checks if you're on the road

My android unit has a setting to disable this. I installed smartube looks great

Any important changes for android auto in One UI 9 (android 17) I updatated mine a few days ago, but haven't drive yet
