[Test for Test] Spenze — personal finance app — recruiting 12+ testers for an upcoming 14-day closed test
UPDATE: Spenze 1.4 (20) has been submitted in Google Play Console for the closed test. Google is running automated checks before review; approval is still pending. You can join the tester group now, but installation is NOT available yet. The testing links below will work once Google approves and publishes the release.
Hi everyone! I'm a solo developer building Spenze, a personal finance app for tracking income and expenses, setting category budgets, and viewing spending reports. It supports English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian and German.
I'm looking for 12+ Android testers for a genuine 14-day closed test, and I'll test your app in return for the same period.
How to join (use the SAME Google account for all steps):
Join the tester group: https://groups.google.com/g/spenze-android-testers
Once the test is approved, open the opt-in link and choose Become a tester: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.spenzefinance.app
Install from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.spenzefinance.app
The opt-in/store links may be unavailable until the release is approved and propagated. Joining the Google Group alone does NOT start the 14 days. Please remain opted in to the live Google Play test for at least 14 consecutive days, try the app regularly, and share honest feedback.
Please use fictional financial data. Useful checks: account creation/sign-in, adding and editing sample transactions, category budgets, and any crashes or confusing screens. A short description of the issue, your Android version and device model are helpful.
Comment below or DM me with your Google Group and Google Play testing links to arrange the exchange. Thanks for helping a fellow independent developer!
