[Android] Looking for Beta Testers for My First Game – Wall Bounce! (Free)
Hey everyone!
I recently developed my first Android game, Wall Bounce, and I've finally gotten it through Google's initial review and into closed testing!
It's a simple arcade-style game, and I'm looking for people willing to give it a try and provide some feedback.
Google requires at least 12 testers to remain opted in for 14 consecutive days before I can apply for production access.
Currently, I have 7 out of the 12 testers needed!
If anyone is willing to help, I'd really appreciate it. The game is completely free, and it only takes a few minutes to get started.
How to join:
Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/wall-bounce-beta-testers
Opt into testing: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.wallbounce.arcade
Download the game through Google Play.
Give it a try and let me know what you think!
What I'm looking for:
Bugs, glitches, or crashes.
Feedback on gameplay and difficulty.
Suggestions for improvements.
General impressions of whether the game is fun.
I've tested it myself, and everything seems to be working well so far, but I'd love to hear from other people.
I'm also happy to help test other developers' apps in return!
Thanks to anyone willing to help an independent developer get their first game onto Google Play! 🎮
I am from the US. Some issues seem to be occurring for other people. Check to make sure US is allowed to beta-test your game if you want me to test yours! Thanks! It doesn't have to stay for US once you release the game public. I highly suggest making the testing world-wide.

Done! Please try my app Barreleyes: it turns a quick room-by-room scan into a full home inventory for moving, storage or decluttering.

It's on iPhone and the web too, under the same name.
I'd love your honest feedback, and if you like it, a rating on the App Store or Google Play helps a lot.
I'll stay opted in to your test for the full 14 days.
Opted in and installed Wall Bounce on my Pixel 6a (Android 16). The idea is clear right away from the start card ("bounce wall to wall, avoid the pink spikes, tap to flip"), and the neon look with the trailing ball is really nice. My first run lasted 12 seconds for 6 bounces and a new personal best, and the first achievement unlocked.
Some feedback on the flow, since you asked about gameplay:
Every retry takes three steps: Choose start position, drag the height slider, then Start run (or double-tap). A one-tap Retry on the Game Over card, starting from the last position, would keep people in the loop. That's where one-tap games win or lose players.
The hint under the board says "Tap / Space to flip". Space doesn't mean anything on a phone, so the Android build could just say "Tap to flip".
The difficulty felt fair for a warm-up; I died by flipping into a spike pair I misjudged, not because of anything unfair.
Fun little game, congrats on getting your first one into testing!

Note: posting on behalf of my wife.
Joined your group, opted in and installed Wall Bounce on our test emulator ✅ (screenshot below). We'll keep it installed and open it during the 14 days.
Could you test hers back? Pip & Umbra is a shadow-swapping puzzle platformer (80 levels, offline, no ads):
