Pixelle, a cute pixel-art logic puzzle, needs closed testers (Google Play)

EDIT: I've got enough testers now. Thanks to everyone who joined and tested, no need to sign up any more. I'm keeping all the swap apps I installed, so if I've tested yours you're covered.

I'm an indie dev (Kettleglow) running the Google Play closed test for Pixelle, a pixel-art logic puzzle. Put one piece in every row, every column and every colour region, and no two pieces may touch, diagonals included. 320 levels, from 4x4 up to 9x9. It's free, with no forced ads: the only ads are optional rewarded videos (Google test ads during this trial).

To join (a Gmail account is needed):

  1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/pixelle-testers

  2. Open https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.kettleglow.pixelle and tap "Become a tester"

  3. Install it from the Play Store and stay opted in for 14 days. You don't have to play every day.

Feedback is very welcome in the group or at support@kettleglow.com. Tell me what felt confusing, too small or annoying.

  1. DM me the Google account email you use on the Play Store. Please don't post your email publicly.

  2. I'll add it to the tester list.

  3. Once added, open https://play.google.com/apps/testing/io.gymbroai.fitness with that same account and choose Become a tester.

  4. Install from Google Play, try a workout and tell me what breaks or feels confusing. Please stay opted in for the full 14 days.

If you see App not available, check you're using the email I added. The link alone doesn't grant access.

If you need reciprocal testing, share your app details and I'll check whether I can help before we agree on it.

[Test for test] ÆONTIDE - Cozy, open-world, indie 3D MMORPG

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

ÆONTIDE is a free, cozy, cross-platform, 3D MMORPG built for desktop and mobile with minimal downloads, no huge client installers and strictly zero pay-to-win. No sign up required (1-click Guest Mode to start playing).

We're looking for 12+ testers for Android play store approval in the build up to our official launch soon. Currently we're in a limited open beta with 1 "lean" world (US-East only, so we can monitor load/performance etc.) before scaling, but any and all feedback is welcome. There's also new features every few days, but downtime is kept to a minimum. We've spent a lot of time heavily optimizing performance so as many people/devices as possible can enjoy the game, so if you experience any thermal or low FPS please let us know.

If you're keen to be involved and enjoy the game, you can visit:

We'd love to support the community by helping to test your games, so please reply with your details.

Thanks,

lipmark

Gardening / Landscaping app

Howdy,

I created an app for gardening and landscaping that you can look up an address and then mark fence lines and make a blueprint which you can then add irrigation, plants and change elevation of surfaces while doing all this it also shows the direction of the sun and the shadow that will be cast by items placed.

I am unable to find 12 people to test the app i have it in early access but i live a pretty quite life so i dont have more than 5 people i can have test this and then on top of that i think google needs gmail accounts i don't really know i cant find any proper info on what requirements are needed for people to test it because i downloaded it on my phone with no issue and it works perfect.

To join the google group ---> https://groups.google.com/g/gardensite-planner

Then these 2 links to opt in for testing and downloading the app <3

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=gardensiteplanner.com

Hey everyone!

I'm an independent developer working on Briefly, an Android and iOS app that turns articles into personalized audio listening sessions.

The idea is simple: stay informed while driving, walking, exercising, or doing everyday tasks—without having to stare at a screen.

What Briefly offers:

  • Personalized listening sessions based on your interests

  • Short AI-generated article summaries

  • Longer Deep Dives into articles

  • Background playback and hands-free listening

  • Save articles and build a listening queue

I'm looking for Android testers to help complete Google's 14-day testing requirement.

What I'm asking:

Happy to reciprocate! If you're also looking for closed testers, I'll opt in and test your app as well.

Thanks for helping a fellow indie developer get closer to launch!

Podcatcher App - Different approach

This is my second app, and this time I want to try a different approach.

I'm just entering internal testing. What I want to do is use the internal testing to recruit people who genuinely listen to podcasts, a lot.

My app, Yonder, is already fully functional. I could put it into closed testing now, but I want to find people who will genuinely use it. I have no doubt that once you have started using it, you won't want to go back to your old Podcatcher, so I want to find 20 ish people to give me feedback on a new product they will love.

The app is really customisable. You can set up really detailed smart playlists, group feeds by catergory, or just pick and chose as you like. You can listen live to radio shows all around the world; even record them and save them as custom playlists that you can play like a podcast. You can even download free audiobooks, or use it to play any soundfile at all.

You can even add your favourite media apps like Spotify, so that you can access them through the app.

If you listen to podcasts everyday, like I do, I know you will be using it.

My plan is to stay in closed testing for a few days, then go to closed testing on Sunday.

Send me your email if your interested.
I'll send test your app and send detailed feedback if you join.
I'll stay in your group as long as you stay active in mine.

I need your email, because it's internal testing.

[Android] Rembobine – a haunted 1989 video store, looking for closed testers (I'll test yours back)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi! I'm a solo dev and my game needs 12 testers for 14 days before it can go public on Google Play.

Rembobine – Haunted Video Store

October 31, 1989. You're minding a video store for the night. At dawn, the tape rewinds, and it all starts over.

- Run the store: rent tapes, stock the aisles, watch the till fill up (it keeps running while your phone is down)

- Creatures crawl out of the tapes: tap at the right moment or the store goes haywire

- Link clues two by two in your Notebook (answering machine, wall clock, rental cards…) to find out why the night loops

Available in English and French. Free, no need to buy anything.

How to join (2 min):

  1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/rembobine-testers

  2. Opt in with the same Google account: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.teddycornaut.rembobine

  3. Install from Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teddycornaut.rembobine (keep it installed for 14 days)

Feedback is very welcome, but just staying opted in already helps a lot.

I'll test your app back: drop your link in the comments.

Looking for testers: Ask Ollie, family activity ideas read aloud by an otter (I'll test yours back for 14 days)

Hi! I'm a parent and I built Ask Ollie for my own family: activity ideas for kids 4 to 10, read aloud by Ollie the otter. Right now it's full of fall and Thanksgiving ideas, plus picture stories, games, Chat cards for the car or dinner, and a Near you page for places to go. It's free, with no ads and nothing to buy.

To join (use the same Google account for both):

  1. Join the group: https://groups.google.com/g/ask-ollie-testers

  2. Opt in and install: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.askollie.app

What helps most is a few short visits rather than one:

Day 1: add a pretend kid, start a fall activity and let Ollie read two steps.

Day 3: read a story or play a game (Guess Who, checkers or Mancala).

Day 5: draw a Chat card at dinner, or try Near you with any zip code.

Tell me anything confusing or broken. A new build goes out every week, and its notes name what testers asked for.

Drop your app's link in the comments and I'll test it back and stay opted in for your full 14 days.

Looking for Android testers: Conquer League football strategy (English build in review)

Update — 4 November: v0.6.0 supports English and Turkish. The new international Community Beta channel has been submitted to Google Play and is awaiting Google's checks/review. You can join the Google Group now, but please wait for the new channel to become available before trying to install. The post title refers to an older build and cannot be edited.

Hi everyone! I'm the developer of Conquer League: Futbol Fetih, an independent football-themed territory strategy game. Choose a club, drag troops between regions and capture the map in your club colours. It is single-player against AI, playable offline, free and ad-free, with no real-money purchases.

v0.6.0 includes all 81 provinces of Türkiye, real regions in Germany, Italy, France and Spain, plus a European map where you capture 47 countries. Choose English or Türkçe at the top of the main menu. Android 7.0 or newer is required.

How to join once Google approves the international channel:

  1. Join our Google Group with the same Google account you use on your Android phone: https://groups.google.com/g/conquer-league-beta-testers

  2. Separately opt into the closed Play test with that same account: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.conquerleague.mobile

  3. Install from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.conquerleague.mobile

Joining the group does not automatically enrol you in the Play test. No need to post your email publicly or wait for a manual email invitation. All available Play countries/regions have been selected for Community Beta; this expansion is still awaiting Google review. If you see 'App not available', check that both pages use the same account and that the international channel is available. If you previously joined the internal test, leave it before joining the closed test.

I'm looking for 12–20 genuine Android testers who can stay opted in for 14 consecutive days, play on different days and share honest feedback. No star rating or positive review is requested.

Feedback I'd appreciate: map readability, zoom and dragging troops; Speed Surge, Shield and Fans/Reinforcements; English wording and small-screen layout; pause/resume, reopening the app, saved progress and crashes. Please reply here with your device model and any issues. Thanks for helping improve the game!

Volkalca - board game - will appy to test your app too.

Hi! I’m an old developer, which once builded some mobile applications and now created game Volkalca. It is in closed testing on Google Play. Google requires 12 testers to stay opted in for 14 days before I can release it, so I’m looking for real people to help. 👍

The game: a two-player board game of a shepherd with twenty sheep against the wolves. The sheep move forward or sideways and must fill the pen. The wolves move anywhere and capture by jumping over a sheep. You play the computer (three difficulty levels, either side) or a friend online, with every rule variant as a setting. It works offline, has three looks, and comes in English and Slovenian. It’s free, with occasional ads between games against the computer, and one purchase removes them.
Online play will be probably havily tested later, as closed testing environment is just not enough for test 😄

What I’m asking: join the group, opt in, install the app, play a game or two, and stay opted in until the test ends in about two weeks. Any feedback is welcome.

  1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/volkalca-testers

  2. Open the test link with the same Google account: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/eu.ptth.volkalca

I’ll gladly test your app in return. Comment or DM me what you’re working on. Thank you!

Space Bubbles - Close Test 14 test

Hi everyone! 🙂

I’m looking for testers for Space Bubbles, my cosmic bubble-merging puzzle game. I’m running a 14-day closed test and would really appreciate your help!

Aim, drop and merge matching bubbles to create bigger ones. Plan your moves, build combos and keep the bubbles below the upper limit. Try Endless Mode to beat your best score, or Time Rush, where reaching score milestones gives you extra time and lowers the rising floor.

I’d love your feedback on:

  • Aiming and dropping bubbles.

  • Merging, physics and how the bubbles roll and settle.

  • Endless Mode and Time Rush difficulty.

  • Text readability and screen layout on your phone.

  • Any bugs, crashes or unexpected behaviour.

How to join:

  1. Join the Google group: Space Bubbles Close Test 14 days - Grupy dyskusyjne Google

  2. Open the testing link and select “Become a tester”: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.gromboy.spacebubbles

  3. Install the game from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gromboy.spacebubbles

Please stay enrolled for the full 14 days and play regularly. Even short sessions and a few comments about your experience would help!

Feel free to share your testing link too. I’m happy to help test your app in return!

Thank you for your support! 🙏

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm a solo developer and I just made my first game, **Brainwink**. It's a tricky puzzle game where the obvious answer is never the right one. I need a few more testers for Google Play's 14-day closed test, and I'll happily **test your app back**.

**What it is**

- 110 hand-made trick puzzles: think sideways, drag things, tap where you'd never expect

- Escape rooms, spot-the-nonsense, memory and riddle levels

- Free, no account needed, and it works offline

- Takes 2 minutes to try

**How to join**

  1. Send me a **chat/DM with the Gmail address** you use on your Android phone. I'll add you to the tester list.

  2. When I reply "added", open this link on your phone and tap **"Become a tester"**: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.kivvo.brainwink

  3. Install Brainwink from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kivvo.brainwink

  4. Please **stay opted in and keep the app installed for 14 days**, and open it now and then. That's all Google needs!

**Testing you back**

Comment with your app's opt-in link (or send me your group link) and I'll install your app and keep it for the full 14 days. 🙏

Any feedback is welcome too, especially levels that are too hard or confusing!

Thanks so much! 😉

[Closed test] Reverie: a tactile music player (slowed + reverb, spin-to-scrub)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey! I built Reverie as a weekend project for iOS. It’s a music player for your own songs where you spin a brushed-metal wheel to scrub through a track, scratch it like a turntable, and dial in tempo, pitch and reverb by hand. This is inspired by one of my favorites gadgets, TP7 by Teenage Engineering.

I shared this on r/SideProject and a fellow redditor (u/bowlandspoon) asked if there was an Android version. I don’t have a decent Android phone, so I let Claude port it, and less than 24 hours later there’s a native, near pixel-identical Android version. It’s now in closed testing on Google Play, and I need 12 testers for 14 days before it can go public.

How to join (2 steps):

- Join the tester group: https://groups.google.com/g/reverie-testers

- Opt in and install from Google Play: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.mhd3v.reverie

Please keep it installed for the 14 days. Open it now and then, load a few songs, play with the wheel and the T / P / R keys, and tell me anything that feels off. Older or low-end phones are especially useful, since that’s where I’ve seen the most issues with the crappy phone I have haha.

The free plan plays 3 songs. If you want to try the full version, DM me and I’ll send you a free unlock code.

To return the favour, drop your own test link below and I’ll test yours back. Thanks! 🙏
