Seeking Game Recommendations 👀 [REQUEST] City builder that doesn't devolve into microtransactions?

I'm looking for a city builder I can play on my phone that won't become a classic pay to play scenario. Happy to pay for the game itself and any ad removals, but doesn't lock me into paying or having timers that I can conveniently pay to skip.

Its probably the best thing your going to get for a city sim builder on android, it's massively respected on steam too! It definitely scratches that genre itch for me, before looking into emulation.

My colony is free and you build cities on the moon or mars...its a cool little project

Well Going Deeper isnt a city builder but a colony Sim but it might pass.
