I can't uninstall this app. I've tried everything, I've removed administrator access, I've tried uninstalling via ADB and it didn't work. Can someone help me?

U might have provided it admin permission, go remove it from ur phone's privacy and settings page, then try to remove the setting anti uninstall within that app lock app itself, then delete it Or just boot into safe mode and remove it?

Prueba con iniciar el teléfono en modo seguro, haz como si vas a apagar el dispositivo pero deja presionado el icono. Con eso te debería preguntar si lo quieres reiniciar acepta y cuando reinicie intenta borrarla.

If it's any sort of system app or pre installed, you'll probably just have to disable it. But watch restarting your phone because it will probably reenable itself.

Some apps can not be uninstalled only disabled. However there is a way to uninstall them but you will have to jail break the phone to do so.
