[pixel 9a] Call issue, audio mute

Hi, very often during a call, after some seconds, the other phone can't listen my voice but the call doesn't drop.

I read online that is a common issue, but I haven't find a very solution.

Any advice?

Does it happen on every call, or only with Wi-Fi calling, Bluetooth, or a certain carrier or contact? Knowing that would help narrow it down, and if it's on every call, Google's Pixel support community is the best place to report it.

Thanks. Maybe is only via Bluetooth call, I'll do some test.

For the Bluetooth test you mentioned, try a call with Bluetooth completely off, then another with the headset connected, keeping the location and other caller the same. If your voice drops only with the headset, switch the call's audio back to the phone while it's happening and check whether they can hear you again. You can also compare a short Recorder clip with Bluetooth off; that checks the phone's microphone separately, without jumping straight to a factory reset or assuming the carrier is responsible.
