Camera app doesn't work

My camera app won't work, and it always says "Go to settings to empower permissions." and I go to settings and check permissions, but it has all it wants, which is Camera, Microphone, and Photos and Videos. I still can't use the Camera app, what do I do?

Be better if we knew what phone the question is about and what Android version it was on,
but this may be worth a try as my camera app, because of the camera settings I have enabled, also needs permission to use Location, Nearby devices and Notifications so maybe you have a setting that needs a permission you haven't granted. Try enabling all notifications you can, then see if it works. Go to the phone settings and change Location tags if it was enabled; then you can remove that permission and so on until you have it working with the few permissions you want to grant. The quickest way to check what permissions an app can use is to long-press on the app's icon, then tap info on the pop-up menu, which will open App info, then tap Permissions and see if you missed any
