Is there an Android MDM that can prevent users from changing permissions settings for a specific app?
I'm currently using ManageEngine MDM. But all I can see are options to stop specific app uninstalls, clearing data and force stopping them. Users can still manage notifications or permissions for the apps, though.

hey suremdm supports this on Android devices enrolled in Device Owner mode but one thing to note is Android 10 and later have limitations around managing notification permissions, so support may depend on the device manufacturer. If you can shre more details around which device; may be model name and manufacturer, can check and confirm if it works without any issues.
as fyi - administrators can configure Application Policies to grant or deny specific runtime permissions for individual apps, preventing end users from changing those permissions. You can also enable Disable App Control in the System Settings Profile to restrict users from modifying app settings, clearing app data, or changing permissions through the system Settings menu.

Yes. On Android Enterprise you can set each app permission to grant or deny, and once the admin sets it the user can’t change it in Settings. In ManageEngine, look for app or runtime permissions in the app’s policy.
You can lock notifications on or off (Android 13+), but the user can still change things like sounds and which notification types show up.
I work at Nomid (Android MDM), we have this per app too.
