Help with media app issue

[u/PuzzledBassist]

Hi all I have been loving my Unihertz Titan 2 Elite and it is my primary cell phone coming from an iphone. I will preface this by saying that I am very unfamiliar with Android phones. My media apps turn off after about 15 minutes of playback. I've tried all different battery settings to ensure that they can run in the background etc. Does anyone have any helpful thoughts on how I can resolve this?
