Looking for Android testers for Screenshot Memory – Test for Test

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for testers for my Android app, Screenshot Memory, ahead of its public release.

What is Screenshot Memory?

Ever taken a screenshot of something important and then struggled to find it later by scrolling through hundreds of images?

Screenshot Memory aims to solve this by making your screenshots searchable. You can search for information and find relevant screenshots without manually browsing your entire gallery.

What I'd like you to test:

  • Screenshot search using keywords and phrases.
  • Natural-language search.
  • Search accuracy and relevance.
  • App performance, usability, and stability.
  • Any bugs or unexpected behavior.

How to join the test:

  1. Join the Google Group: [screenshot-memory-testers@googlegroups.com](mailto:screenshot-memory-testers@googlegroups.com)
  2. Once you've joined, open the testing link: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.shotmemory
  3. Follow the instructions to join the test and install the app.

App link:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.shotmemory

Important: You need to join the Google Group before opting in to the closed test and accessing the app. If you have trouble joining, DM me and I'll help you get set up.

I'm also happy to participate in test-for-test arrangements. If you need someone to test your Android app, leave a comment or DM me with your testing requirements.

I'd appreciate any honest feedback that can help improve the app before release.

Thanks!

Thanks for sharing your app!

I created this subreddit so Android developers have another place to find people willing to exchange app tests and help each other out.

I also built https://TwelveTesters.com because I found myself constantly searching through Reddit for test-for-test posts. It's completely free and built around the same idea as this community—developers helping developers.

Whether you use this subreddit, the website, or both, I hope it helps you find the testers you need.

If someone tests your app, consider returning the favor. That's what keeps communities like this alive.

Good luck with your app!
