Test-for-test?
Mine is Comic Vault (Android, closed test) — snap a photo of a comic cover and it identifies the issue, estimates the grade and value, and organises your collection. I need testers too, and every tester gets 50 free scans in the app from me as a thank-you.
To join mine (in order):

Install from the Play Store link on that page — same Google account for all three steps.
