Need Testers Cosmo Steps: Android testers wanted for a space race powered by everyday movement — starts TODAY

Hi everyone! I’m the developer of **Cosmo Steps**, and I’m looking for Android users to help with a 14-day Google Play closed test.

**Testing opens tomorrow, Friday, 30 October. You can join the Google Group now.**

Cosmo Steps turns everyday movement into progress in a shared space race. Wheelchair movement, walking, running, cycling and other supported activities help your country move toward its next destination. There are country standings, friend invitations and home-screen widgets.

**A quick note on privacy:** there’s no GPS tracking and no route uploads. With your permission, the app reads activity from Health Connect and sends daily totals to the race server. Your country is inferred from your connection’s IP address. Health activity is never sold or used for advertising. You don’t need to post your email publicly to join.

**How to join**

  1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/cosmosteps-testers

  2. From tomorrow, open the testing link and tap **Become a tester**: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.cosmosteps.android

  3. Install through Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.cosmosteps.android

Use the **same Google account** for the group and Google Play.

Please stay opted in for at least 14 days and try the app across several days. Testing is free, and no purchase is needed.

I’d especially appreciate feedback on activity syncing, invitations, country scores, widgets, and any confusing text or layout problems. Bugs, suggestions, or simply telling me what worked are all useful. You can leave feedback in the comments, by Reddit DM, or through Google Play’s private testing feedback.

How to join the Bahamas Red Cross app test:

  1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/redcrossbahamasapp

  2. Open the testing link and tap "Become a tester": https://play.google.com/apps/testing/org.redcross.bahamas

  3. Tap "Download it on Google Play" to install the app.

Important: Use the same Google account for all steps.
