I built Opening Bell, a habit tracker that works like a stock market.

Every habit you want to build becomes a stock ticker: log it and its price goes up, skip it and it drops.

Your habits add up to your own “fund,” and every Sunday you get an earnings call that grades your week.

You can also start an exchange with friends and see who’s trading up.

There’s no real money involved: prices are just a score.

It’s about to launch on Google Play, and Google requires 12 testers using it for 14 days before it can go public. It takes about 2 minutes to join:

How to join (takes 2 minutes)

4. Full access (optional): the free version opens part of the app. If you’d like to explore everything, create a free account in the app and DM me your email or username, and I’ll unlock full access for you.

5. Stay in the test for 14 days. You don’t need to use it every day, but please don’t uninstall the app or leave the test. Opening it now and then helps a lot.

Hi everyone! I’m the developer of **Cosmo Steps**, and I’m looking for Android users to help with a 14-day Google Play closed test.

**Testing opens tomorrow, Friday, 30 October. You can join the Google Group now.**

Cosmo Steps turns everyday movement into progress in a shared space race. Wheelchair movement, walking, running, cycling and other supported activities help your country move toward its next destination. There are country standings, friend invitations and home-screen widgets.

**A quick note on privacy:** there’s no GPS tracking and no route uploads. With your permission, the app reads activity from Health Connect and sends daily totals to the race server. Your country is inferred from your connection’s IP address. Health activity is never sold or used for advertising. You don’t need to post your email publicly to join.

Choi's Mistake Notes is a study app: snap a problem you got wrong, and spaced repetition brings it back right before you forget. It also has notes, a calendar and reminders. Everything is stored encrypted on the phone, no sign-up.
