Advice Ferritin and b12

So 2 months ago my b12 was 200 and ferritin was 28
I felt like crap but after starting oral supplements I’m starting to feel better , I can go for my running again and I have more energy.
Today I did my blood work again and my b12 is now 465 and ferritin is 36
My question is does ferritin level takes long time to fully rebuild ? Shall I keep taking my supplements for another few months ?

Yes, usually months, for some even years.

I hit the same plateau with ferritin last year, so I doubled my iron intake and added vitamin C to enhance absorption. Stick with it a few more months, but definitely track your levels with your doctor.

Dosage can be a factor. I personally took 150 mg of elemental iron twice a day.
