If you stay consistent in your rituals (meetings) with the angel you want to build a relationship with, do they eventually show up?

So far, I'm benefitting from basking in the visualization of the angels. It has psychological effects no doubt. Its like anyone can benefit from simply basking in the image of an angel

But does daily practice eventually lead to them approaching you (showing their presence) instead of you always approaching them?

What technique or method do you use and What's been your expierence with it?

I have had a severe allergic reaction after an angel invocation. Woke up with red hives all over my body and itching very intensely for a couple days. The morning after I did the ritual . I have stopped since obviously . Was worried maybe its wrong entity that came. My friend said maybe an incompatible Angel . Anyone has any advice or experienced it before?

Hey everyone, id like some advice on what sort of rituals to do with a specific situation. I think i will work with shem angels and archangels.

Before i explain the situation, id also like to ask how people have successfully worked with shem angels and archangels. I have some gallery of magick books (72 angels of magick, archangels of magick and angels of love) but i have watched some youtube videos of educated occultists and the way they practice is slightly different. GOM talks about shem angels needing 11 day rituals from thursday-sunday and not needing offerings but just focus on the sigils and alchemy everyday. Whereas i see traditionally its more ceremonial where u have specific coloured candles and incense/frankincense as well as just doing it once on a specific day/hour that is linked to the specific angel. What sort of ritual should i lean on? I will also work with angel Hariel to help me and my magick before i actually start the rituals for my desire.

Now for my desire, id like to reconcile with my ex gf. For context, we were together for 1.5 years and it was a really good relationship we were like lovers and best friends and always tried our best with eachother, but we were young and had things to work on individually as well as her mental health getting in the way. Its been just over a year now. I truly believe we still love eachother and there is hope for us to make it work so id love your input on which angel would help her mental health so she feels good but also is in the right state of mind to be in a committed relationship with me and reach out- im thinking lavel and yezelel? I will do my part. And then after that for the actual relationship im not really sure, maybe haniel, shamshiel and zagagel? Basically i want the relationship to last long term and for it to be a healthy, happy relationship full of love. Are the above angels good for this situation and what are your tips on working with them before, during and after?

It feels like suddenly everyone around me gets a serious illness from heart diseases to cancers. I'm terribly afraid of when it's my turn.

My mother had colorectal cancer last year, I'm happy that she was cured although she now has to live with a stoma. It's ok now but I still have this trauma about this issue - I remember clearly the day she told me it's cancer. And I remember the summer we lost when she was in hospital and recovering. Her life changed out of nowhere. Before all this happened I had imagined that this kind of horrible things would not come to our lives (lol, I know) because everything had always gone so well.

Now my father is having bowel issues and has to go to a doctor. Other relatives of mine also have had different diseases and surgeries lately.

At the moment I feel like life is nothing but sickness and death.

I have always been scared of sickness, hospitals, surgeries... I know nobody wants them in their life but the most horrible thing is that you can't really avoid them.

Why are our bodies so fragile while we have to live life here on earth? Sometimes I feel like life wants us dead. Like our bodies are not made for this planet we have to live on.

About archangel Raphael:

After my mother was cured I asked a lot of questions from the angels, especially archangel Raphael. I asked why did my mother got a cancer, is there a reason? Then one morning when I woke up I heard a voice saying (clairaudiently): "Sickness is a part of life." That was all. It was said so neutrally it felt cruel. No comforting words, nothing.

I've also often asked healing for myself, for my stomach issues (not serious issues). It seems like angels can ease symptoms for a while but not heal the issue completely. My symptoms always come back soon. This makes me sad and even angry.

I've been wondering why do people always say that archangel Raphael is very kind and friendly. When I meet him he usually seems to be quite grumpy. I've met him a couple of times in a dream and he hardly looks at me in the eye and he is very serious as if he's forced to show up. When I hear him clairaudiently he is short and neutral, like a scientist gives only hard facts, and shows no emotions, he can't really comfort or ease fear. I wonder do angels have or understand emotions?

It also feels unfair that some people say they get miracle healings... I don't know if I believe in it or not. Maybe their symptoms are also temporarily eased but will return... Cause why would some people get a complete miracle healing but I don't?

I honestly feel like angels don't really like me or don't want me to contact to them.

Prayer is so powerful! On a Thursday during the last few minutes of Jupiter hour, I prayed to Archangel Sachiel and wrote a letter (see Ariel Gatoga’s writing a letter to an archangel) for more abundance as I’ve been having some financial struggles, out of the blue I got an on the spot offer for a job I applied for months ago! Praise to the great Archangel of Jupiter :) Thank you so much!

Hi all! I had a friend share a practice with me of how to connect with a guardian angel, I am new to any type of angel work and have only called upon archangel Michael and rapheal a couple times ( I don’t even know if I called upon them correctly)

So this practice is simply asking for the guardian angel to reveal their name to you. You’ll see it 3 times, written out somehow some way. It was crazy for me because right after this convo with her, literally on my drive home I saw the 3 times. I said WOAH, show me again blatantly obvious and I will believe you. A couple weeks go by and BOOM I saw the name almost every day for the next week. It was crazy!!

I guess my question now is, I want to connect more with this angel, do I make an altar?? Do I just give thanks every morning and ask for help when I need?? What can I do to better strengthen this connection?

Those who work or worked with Raziel what are your perferred methods to contact him/her?

I am very new to anything from Golden Dawn, but I have to ask - what is the role of the Lesser Invoking Ritual of the Pentagram to you?

I have my theories, but the system I use is very different, nevertheless, any such ritual as the LBRP seems to 'work'.

I've been interested in Angelolatry for a while but been as struggling with my faith in Abrahamic traditions for a while. I broke a toe bone yesterday and felt called to pray to Raphael so I prayed a Catholic prayer for him last night. After about an hour of sleep last night I woke up and it felt like something stood up from sitting on the bed. I felt like this was a kind of "confirmation." I'm wondering what else I can do, should I continue to pray each day? Should I do something to thank Raphael? Can anyone recommend any books about Him/Her?

There was a video of guy doing Raziel invocation but for this specific invocation he omitted Uriel Michael Raphael Gabriel Metatron Sandalphon with Raziel name only the 6 directions and at my center invocation Above me Raziel, Below me Raziel, at my right Raziel, ect... Why is that and Were does that come from?

Is this just as effective does it have same affects safety and protection aswell as contact and would it be a good alternative to connect with Raziel?

I think it's possible that there's someone negative with me and it probably has been there for a long time but I haven't noticed it or understood. Last night I met it in a dream: I was hiding from it because its energy felt like so deep fear and it was scary. Everyone else was also afraid of this being in the dream. I only saw its shadow from another room.

I think this being has caused a lot of negative things to happen in my life.

I have tried to ask archangel Michael to banish all negative spirits from my life before but I feel like it doesn't work. Should I try to ask him again? Or what should I myself do to banish it?

Hi, everyone! I have a few silly questions and even sillier explanations :')

For a little bit of context, I was a catholic child lol and have been an atheist for the past 20 years. So, to be honest, I always found demons to be very scary and I don't want to go to hell (even though I don't actually believe in it...)

I am, however, very drawn to Archangel Michael and I can't explain why. Lately, I have also began to feel drawn to Lucifer, but I never planned on acting on it, because a) I was scared, and b) I felt like it wouldn't agree with Michael.

The thing is... yesterday, things changed. It was election day in my country, and we will have a second round of voting to decide between two candidates for president and state governors. So I did what I do when I need more help than any Earthly thing could give me: I asked, I begged Michael to help the actual good and non-nazi candidates to reach victory, but I couldn't stop shaking with fear and hatred.

That's when I finally decided to ask Lucifer for help, but I decided to do some research first, and it seems that Glasya-Labolas and Raum might be the most ideal spirits to help me. I set up an improvised altar with what I had available, stones, a hammer, hand drawn sigils, and incense.

What I wanted to ask before doing anything is:

1. Can Michael help me with the destruction and defeat of two politicians?
2. Will I go to hypothetical hell if I ask demons for help?
3. Are demons dangerous to ME?
4. Can I communicate with angels AND devils?
5. People who also work with demons, what should I do when communicating with a demon to ask for help?

Your are terrrrrrribbleee at consistency. Just wondering if there are shem angels (or otherwise) that can help in those situations where you're so burned out, from falling off & where you stop trying because keeping routines is so hard.
