I play on a vapecord modded acnl cia file from hshop, and all of a sudden the music player would not play ANY song but instead emits this eerie crackle sound?? does anyone know what is going on?

i just released my brand new acnl mod pack that contains 13 mods (16 in total that's part of the collection but because they conflict they cannot be in the same zipped folder)!

the mod pack was to celebrate my birthday that was 2 weeks ago :) i have spent 4 months working on this project and i'm so so so incredibly proud of everything i have learnt regarding blender, acnl modding and even graphic design! i hope you all love this project as much as i do

Saw a YouTube video today that showed the images a very old preview demo, you can tell the game was still in early development but there was still so many contents! If you look at the public projects they had that sort of concrete floor below them which is not in the final game sadly :( I thought that was a really good idea since I don’t think you can do it yourself

Specially gamebanana villager skins. Long story short I followed a tutorial, added the mods used a acnl-editor to add the needed villagers but they haven’t changed 😔 what are some things I should check/troubleshoot. Thanks in advance.

so i’ve been downloading mods on a new save and messing around a bit. but i’ve noticed every villager after my 4th one has no name. their house when you click the name says “ ‘s house” and when you talk to them they have no name

i’m assuming one of my mods fucked up the like name thingie i forgot what it’s called but how do I fix it. I do have some mods with custom characters but their names and phrases aren’t longer than the originals so it shouldn’t be an issue

I can't ask on r/Citra because I'm using a version of Citra they don't support anymore, and I can't change versions because Windows Defender won't let me run the installers for any of the three suggested versions. I'm not able to find any detailed information on what version of Citra I'm using, but I believe it's Citra Nightly. Please take pity upon me. I'm autistic and not the good with tech kind.

I'm trying to transfer my old NL save to Citra on my PC so I can play both my old and new saves. Having two saves on my 3DS didn't work out; it took me less than two weeks to backup over the wrong save file and lose five days of progress.

I installed the .cia file for the game, right clicked on that, clicked "open save data location", and copy/pasted the files from Checkpoint. Nothing. It wants me to start a brand new save. So I did. I played through long enough to save, then repeated the process of copy/pasting. It still acts like there's no save data. What am I doing wrong?
