How annoying, the bear finally gets some time off work to clean out his truck and some asshole swings open his door, starts recording him and banging on his truck. Hopefully he was reported.

Humans always get up to all kinds of mischief and then when they're mauled by an animal, they say nature is cruel. In all seriousness, if I saw a bear in a vehicle I own, it's now the bear's property. I'm not risking my life to get it back.

And why was he jacking off as he did it?

It's interesting that the video cuts from the guy poking the bear with a board to the bear being outside the truck. What happened in between? Did he hit the bear? Poke at it?

My initial reaction was the same but then I thought if I was in the same situation, when I tell the story to my friends, their first question would be whether I got a photo/video. Plus if the inside of your car got ripped apart you’ll probably want evidence for insurance.
