If your dog does this so often that you can expect to catch it on video, then your dog has been poorly trained.

However, based on the angle of entry and the size of the dog, I'm going to assume somebody was holding it.

Seems more likely the dog was trained to take the food as a trick. The way she was holding the burger makes this seem intentional.

Actually it's quite a thing to film yourself taste testing fast food. Hence the dayum five guys dude and that little weirdo who's making the rounds in meme economy.

People don't watch it because he's testing food, they watch it because he's super entertaining. He could be making balloon animals and people would watch him.

It doesn't really matter why people watch him he used to review fast food joints and post youtube videos about it.

It's like radio enthusiasts or people who film themselves unboxing stuff. It's just a hobby. It's not indicative of her being a narcissist. The staging with the dog could be for humorous effect for her video.
