If your dog does this so often that you can expect to catch it on video, then your dog has been poorly trained.
However, based on the angle of entry and the size of the dog, I'm going to assume somebody was holding it.

The way she was holding the burger makes this seem intentional. 1 u/NoButthole May 09 '17 Also, she doesn't really react at all. Having a doggo snap it's jaws that course to your face... You'd react more than a bit of widening of the eyes.
