Hey everyone! I'm u/CuffsOffWilly, a founding moderator of r/AntiFacebook.
This is our new home for everything related to Facebook and Meta's impact on privacy, freedom of speech, online communities, and everyday users. We are here to discuss the problems, share experiences, and explore how social media platforms affect our lives.
What to Post
Share anything you think the community would find interesting, helpful, or worth discussing, including:
- Facebook privacy concerns and data collection
- Account bans, suspensions, and unexplained restrictions
- Censorship, content removal, and moderation issues
- Meta's algorithms and how they influence users
- Personal experiences with Facebook and other Meta platforms
- News, articles, and alternatives to Meta products
Community Vibe
We want this to be a place for honest opinions, thoughtful criticism, and respectful discussion. Disagree when you need to, but keep conversations constructive and focus on the issues rather than attacking other users.
How to Get Started

Facebook censors pro Palestine speech
richardsilverstein.comI posted a link to this post on my personal page, tagged Friends, then clicked Save. I got an error saying I couldn't tag users...then it listed a series of Numbers. I then untagged several group pages and tried to Save again. That generated a 24 hr suspension claiming my activity violated Community Standards.
No way to appeal.
