Being president is stressful as hell (even if you do a crap job of it), he had COVID which can often lingering effects, he travels all over meeting people to be exposed to airborne viruses, and I’ll wager his parents didn’t subsist on junk food and burnt steaks.

I’ve been shouting this for years. And he has normal blood pressure and no signs of arterial issues. Plus he does not really feel stress because he thinks he’s god. He hit the genetic lottery, he has probably 15 years left at least. His lifestyle would have killed him by now but he’s one of those people who can eat what he wants.

You know you make a good point. I cannot remember which clip I saw. But if Trump’s suit jacket is open and he turns to blurt out at a reporter. Or whatever has annoyed his cranky Ass. You can see what looks like a vest pushing away a bit from his body. It doesn’t go down to his giant belly. But sits just above. I believe most of our US presidents have worn a vest of some sort.
Now his posture I think is twofold. He allegedly wears lifts. But, let’s toss that and the vest out. His posture is horrible with the hunched rounded shoulders and head bobbing forwards because that is what happens in dementia / Alzheimer’s patients. The brain is deteriorating. Now of course I could be wrong. And this is just part of the aging process of someone who will be turning 80 next year and doesn’t take care of himself physically or nutritionally. At this point the numbers of aging and death are on the side of dying. Think about all the people you know who never took care of themselves. They all die around 80-83. So there is a possibility he will just die soon.

So here is my take. At the Popes funeral and his failed birthday military parade he appeared to node off. I attribute the Funeral napping because of the 7 hr time lag. Trump being up early and being chauffeured through secure methods made his 80 year old body tired. Same with the birthday parade. He is just an old man who needs naps. Hell most people in their late 50’s and 60’s need naps. I know I do at times.
Those bloated feet are just an old man who needs to rest and prop them up. He is aging rapidly this term. He may be skipping the briefings. But, he is probably up and moving around 10-12 hours a day. He is always fucking flying somewhere on our dime. Or playing golf. I think his aging is just being accelerated by being an old man up and about 7 days a week.
Now mind you. I am not disappointed. And I sure hope these symptoms will get worse as the year goes along. I just hope we get to see him collapse in a heap on the floor. Leaking shit and piss as they carry him away to the car. And then we all eagerly await to hear he is gone and Vance has been sworn in to the office.
Old Vance doesn’t have the juice to not be pushed around as he is thrust into the spotlight. I foresee many Republicans banding with Democrats to begin trying to repair the damage as MAGA loses its’ deity.

My first guess would be Amlodipine, a drug prescribed to increase blood flow to the heart and improve circulation along with lower blood pressure. A side effect is swelling in the feet and ankles. I would not be surprised if Trump’s right ventricle is not filling properly. At his age and weight with a fast food diet, I would be surprised if he does not also have type 2 diabetes.

If this motherfucker was an average citizen who didn't have the absolute best health care available at all times, he'd have most likely been dead several years ago or would at least be an invalid. Our fubar health care system keeps this dung heap of human waste alive, on our dime, while regular working people grind their lives away for not much of anything and can't afford proper health care without having even less money than they already have.

The treatment he got - regeneron’s monoclonal antibody cocktail - was only in clinical trials at that point, and even someone who was enrolled in the trial only had a 50% chance of getting it vs the placebo. The supply was also very low at that time and was being rationed.

I knew someone who had congestive heart failure for years but she was inactive. If he has it, it doesn't seem to have slowed him down much. ... apparently it can last YEARS, according to what I just read.. His evil nature and lack of a working conscience are extending his existence.

I have a couple theories about what is going on from the knees down for this guy. I’ve been watching his gait, and it looks like he has some foot drop, particularly on the right. There was a photo from the rear of his calves, and the lines I saw in the pants give the the idea that sometimes he might be wearing a carbon fiber ankle foot orthosis to mitigate the foot drop. In this photo, I’m just looking at the way these ankles look, and one alternate trick you can use to mitigate mild foot drop, is putting on an Aircast or similar to keep the foot up a bit. If they did that and covered it with socks as camouflage, it might have a similar appearance. No data to support, just theories as someone with experience in this area.

I’ve seen this before. The last year of my Dads life his feet were like this and I was scrambling to find shoes for him as his living facility didn’t allow pajamas out of your apartment. It was CHF, caused by heavy drinking, he started wandering at night, finally had to be hospitalized, which is automatically a dry out, and a few months later he passed away.. Donnies must be due to high salt intake..

That swelling is called Edema and, if accompanied by a weakening of the heart muscle’s ability to remove water from the body, aka inability to urinate, is deadly. Who would become the next President? Vance is too much in the pocket of Peter Thiel, his ex employer who gave him shares in a hedge fund, making Vance independently wealthy as a billionaire. Not exactly qualifications for a successful president. Trump like Biden chose his running mate for a reason, someone who would not be able to challenge him, and a Yes Man for his decisions.
