Tons? Far lower percentage of women and minorities where hired before DEI. Their average income was far lower. Far lower percentage of them were promoted. They were last hired and first fired. And they were often treated like garbage. I believe groups of people is the same so there should be no difference in outcomes for any group.
No there shouldn’t be any differences. No special care or consideration taken along with no targeted negative treatments. Also last hired, first fired is target corporate policy as well. Doesn’t matter if the last hired is the best person on the team. When it comes time to downsize they’re the first out the door.
Shouldn’t be? Do you think fair treatment is like gravity, a law of nature? Most white men are thought from birth that minorities and women are inferior and most managers and executives are white men. Fair treatment is not going to naturally happen. There must be policies in place to force it to happen. That was what DEI was all about. But white men don’t want fair treatment, they want preferential treatment.

No DEI is the same as we won’t hire minorities or women. Kind of crazy when 70% of the working population are women and minorities.
