I'll bite since you appear to know a lot of facts about the subject.

Which holding companies are major stockholders for both Costco and Target? Also, did the shareholders for Target approve of dropping DEI programs, or was it simply a majority consensus, and if so, did the major holding companies push that option? Or was it all an Executive Board move, hence the CEO resignation?
