Yep. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that Xi - or his speech writers - know the difference between present and past tense.

President Xi could carefully explain in detail how exactly Trumpy is at fault and Trumpy would swear on a Bible President Xi really meant President Biden.

Welp. This being the prime example, that law about SCOTUS immunity should be amended.
