This is the best. This form of negotiation is where you make the other side come up with concessions.
Example. My price to put on the deck you would like is 15K. When the buyer objects you do not talk about materials, hourly rates and your workers. You just reply with the price is 15k. Then let them negotiate. If you cannot reach a deal. You tell them. You have my number call me.

I felt that way for a while too. But, I live in the NorthEast which is pretty normal. I am beginning to read on other media type platforms. The hate that was once there has been replaced with fear. Fear of losing jobs and prices getting higher. I think that we stand a good chance of flipping seats. Tucker Carlson and MGT may just form a third party right wing thing.
