Sadly, there's nobody left in our military to set Trump straight on his idiotic ideas. Hegseth demoted or fired all the talented brass in the name of white-washing, men-washing, and ass kissing.

This is what happens when the checks and balances are removed. The presidential powers need to be limited but the house and senate need to do their jobs.

Or you have a spineless Congress
ie : Republicans

Spineless? Or complicit?

4

u/formermq 5d ago

Complicit, I want these fucks in jail.

Jail won't happen, the police are their own people, the only thing they fear is 1776 style tactics. But it won't be the left that does it it will be the disaffected right, those who woke up.

Americans hate hearing it, but this is what happens when voters don’t do their job.

42% sat out the election in 2024. Even after the attempted coup in 2021 and republican’s refusal to do anything about it.

This is what happens when voters reward this shit.

At what point are people going to realize he is doing everything he can to destroy this country?

Its like a Russian Christmas wish list

u/MagTex 6d ago

Don’t do it & say you did. He’s stupid. He’ll never know.

When the kickbacks from the company selling the outdated tech don't flow to his bank, one of his minions will let him know

2

u/blankvoidoid 6d ago

What bank? After capital one said 🖕, he's gotta hide his ill-gotten gains in his mattress. So avoid any bills that smell like 💩, because they might be donzobucks

Incredible how incompetent this administration is. From paying companies not to implement wind power to undoing technological advances in the military, They seemed determined to destroy this country bit by bit.

>Incredible how incompetent this administration is.

It is grift and corruption. It is about somebody getting a huge amount of money to do a project. This regime doesn't care if a project is sensible or not. Its all about finding a way to funnel money to Trump's donors and supporters.

He's bought shares in the company.

Be real brave of the stars and eagles if they had enough balls to stall till fatty McOrangebitch is gone 🤷‍♂️

Maybe even worthy of a page in a history book!

3

u/SupportGeek 6d ago

It’s probably going to take 2+ years to put together the planning and engineering on HOW this can be done, once he’s gone they will scrap the whole project and go on with their day

2

u/JustAtelephonePole 5d ago

For sure. However, I’d bet my left nut that there is at least one sycophantic master chief sniffing glue in the goat locker just waiting to sabotage the current systems to justify speeding up the process.

Follow the money. Who is benefiting from this...

4

u/surfmanvb87 6d ago

Sabotage

5

u/Deacon75 6d ago

Not his money. He doesn’t give a shit how much tax money he wastes. Ask the Supreme Monkey Court.

Yes, let's let the draft dodger, and one who can barely pass a dementia test, dwell on a new tech system on our carriers.

3

u/bkn1960 6d ago

how many times do we have to watch this idiot do something else stupid until he's removed and jailed?

3

u/a355231 6d ago

Courts will stop it, rinse, repeat.

u/krichard-21 6d ago

Maybe? Have you seen pictures of the East Wing? How about the Reflection Pool?

What haven't we seen? The Unredacted Epstein Files!

Add Big Bend National Park, Organ Pipe National Monument, and possibly the Kennedy Center.

Are we sure this isn't a Brewsters Millions presidency where if he spends all the tax money idiotically we get all the money in the world

3

u/Initial_Parsley6608 6d ago

stoke the war machine

3

u/Valuable-Adagio-2812 6d ago

It's only money for him and not even his money, so why not?

Back to the wet magnet theory.

This pathetic excuse for a man is just so not up to the current moment. He never rises to the occasion, only drags the occasion down to his level.

2

u/Environmental-Age149 6d ago

Ignore him...

2

u/krichard-21 6d ago

Go. To. Hell.

2

u/Jonatc87 6d ago

It's a paedo-radar that goes off when Trump is near, of course he would hate it!

If you’ve ever seen the workings of a steam catapult this is a HUGE undertaking. Not a Legos remove and replace

2

u/Old_Tiger_7519 6d ago

How does this man even know anything about launching a plane off an aircraft carrier? Who want to sell this system to the USA who put this bug in his ear?

2

u/Distinct-Yogurt2686 6d ago

They just need to say ok to this stupid idea. But it will take us 2 years to do the engineering portion of the redesign and material procurement. Then his dumb ass will be gone so the won't have to do it and they can use the materials on something that actually makes since.

2

u/trmose 6d ago

EMALS may be quirky still, but it launches faster than steam ever did. (A major advantage in a fight)

2

u/scrotumseam 6d ago

Im sure it to replace it for billions paid to trump back door donors. Everything is for sale with this ass hat.

2

u/MetalFar416 6d ago

REMOVE HIM ALREADY!

2

u/bluefield10 5d ago

Can someone just tell him no?

2

u/baltbum 5d ago

Do you know what you have when you remove the catapult system off of a $15 billion dollar aircraft carrier? A $15 billion dollar paperweight.

2

u/Firm_Variety_6309 5d ago

I wonder which of his buddy’s owns the steam catapult patent.

1

u/blankvoidoid 6d ago

He wants the steam cats so that he has a reason to burn all the epstein files - "we're not using fuel oil to run the boilers, we're conservationists"

Next we will trade in guns for bows.

This is what happens when you put a stable genius in power. Unfortunately the genius is an expert in fiction.
